I booked a facial with Haley and there were so many options. She was so patient and knowledgeable and took time to understand what my concerns were so she could recommend the perfect facial. I really enjoyed it, and my skin was glowing so pretty. I loved how sweet and accommodating she was, I will surely be a regular with Haley.

I just had a full syringe of lip filler done last week and I’m obsessed! They came out so amazing! I didn’t have any bruising at all and Kayla was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable!

I came in for an IV vitamin infusion. I had a great experience with Nurse Taylor and Nurse Megan. The spa was inviting and clean!

I had very good experience and will be returning! This being my first time getting botox I was able to book a consultation with kayla. She was very informative and I appreciate that she was not pressuring since I wanted to think about it first even though I could have had it done the same day! I called back a few days later and had my first appointment with Alison. She was great too! I also love how accommodating they were and responded back quickly. Thank you and looking forward to my next appointment!

Just had a Botox appt with Kayla and she was absolutely incredible! She was very informative, understanding of it being my first time, and the fact that I only wanted a little bit done. I did not feel pressured whatsoever to do anything I was not wanting to do. I felt very comfortable and trusted her professionalism. I look forward to my next appointment!

First Look has fantastic staff and exceptional services. They are welcoming and very knowledgeable about each service. I will not go anywhere else! The picture us my before and after when I first got my lips done! They made me feel so comfortable, I was so nervous lol.

I cannot say enough about First Look Med Spa. I've been a client for nearly 2 years and would recommend everyone to visit. Kayla and Haley are wonderful, personable and extremely knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. The facility is beautiful and clean. I love my cryofacials, lip flips and brow lifts that I always look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend them!!!

I saw Katrina, PA-C in Sturbridge for dysport this month 😊 This was my first experience at First Look (my last injector moved away so I’d been researching who/where to go next). Katrina is thorough, super sweet, and totally confident so I knew I could trust her. She made sure I wasn’t leaving with any concerns and gave me clear after-care instructions. Overall great experience and love my results! 10/10 🌟

I was visiting from Buffalo and in dyer need of a facial. Luckily I ended up finding this gem. Had the best Cryo-Hydrafacial! My skin has never felt so good! I definitely recommend trying this treatment! Anytime im in Mass, will definitely be going out of my way to make it to First Look spa!

This was my first time @this Spa with Kayla B. The Spa was very clean an the staff was extremely professional . Kayla B. The RN that gave me Dysport treatment was extremely gentle I had no discomfort from the injections at all to my surprise ! ( I hate needles !) I defiantly will be going back to Kayla B for her gentle injection techniques !!
