I went this past Saturday to get a pedicure& the lady doing my feet dug into the side of my toenail. It hurt so bad but I just went with it because they’re the professionals& I THOUGHT they knew what they were doing!! So not true. By Monday morning the entire left side of my toe where she dug into is red& it looks infected now. I have had bad luck with them in the past with the polish pealing but I was in a hurry and figured I’d just run there!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I do NOT recommend

It seems to be a husband and wife shop . She did a beautiful job on my nails. It is best to make an appointment because otherwise it can be a lengthy wait. Prices were reasonable. I would’ve given a 5 star, however when you first arrive they both can be a little standoffish , and it can seem a little rude . However after waiting , I realized that they do work alone and after a long day this can be taxing , but as a new patron it could give “we don’t want to service you” vibes . Also it’s cash only ; and for us that rather not carry cash , this could be a little annoying, I had to leave and go get cash from the supermarket next door which was a 2.95 charge 🤦🏽‍♀️ other than that , I had dip done, it came out nice, she was gentle and took her time . I would recommend. Especially if you are patient😉

My first time going to this nail salon and it was an extraordinary experience. The guy that did my nail Tony was great. He he did my nails with care and compassion. There was a bit of wait, but the experience was worth the wait.

This was the absolute BEST experience I have had with nail salons. The staff took their time and made sure I felt pampered and comfortable. They were very professional yet felt like life long friends. They did amazing work. I would recommend this place to any lady looking to have a fun and relaxing experience.

I read the other reviews and decided to try it out i did have to wait but that is expected seems this is a husband and wife only working tony the husband did my toes and am very very pleased wish i could add the pictures i had a broken toe nail that he re made with some powder and he even found and removed a splinter that i didn't know was there he took his time will be backk !!

I walk in to get a pedicure. It was two white customers in there and me black. The owners wife said can u wait 30 minutes or longer my husband has an emergency. They didnt want to do my feet because I war black. Never go here again

My mom and I have always gone to finesse for a very long time and I do not trust anyone else to do my nails! Tony does the best pedicures and always takes his time to make sure my toes look perfect every single time. Lynn always does SNS on my nails and does a great job. They take care of their customers and make sure you are satisfied. Will not go anywhere else!

Without question the pedicure was pampering. I always feel anxious during a manicure, thinking this is taking so long.. However Finesse Nails were quick when it counted. I will definitely be a regular. 😊

Careful and attentive. Cleaning is foremost for them. Autoclave in working order. State inspection. Local owner and operators. Update: I've been here maybe 15 X, service has been good each time. Area clean, nail techs are cleaning as they go. Noted them sanitizing at end of service. No strong odors when I've been there. I've had to wait a few times and other customers are friendly and thoughtful. Pedicure only so far. Nails stay freshly done looking at least a month. Reasonable priced.

They are terrible. The Korean lady had such a bad attitude. Not good service at all. I wouldn't recommend know one to go there.

This was my first time visiting this shop! I was very impressed with the overall visit. The owners of the shop were so very nice. The gentleman doing my nails took his time and did a GREAT job! I will definitely be coming back for future visits. I would recommend you guys to anybody! Thank you for a great service!

Um, second chance and won’t be a third. One person in shop doing nails, tells me I have to wait 30 minutes, won’t let me wait in the pedi/massage chair or run errand and come back. I had a gift certificate is the ONLY reason I stayed. I guess if you are a regular they treat you well but obviously not interested in growing their customer base. I’ll keep going to my usual customer friendly shop in Centerville!
