I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kayla, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a stunning haircut that suits me perfectly. Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive. Plus, she was so warm and friendly throughout the entire appointment. The salon was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Deborah did a beautiful job on my coloring and haircut. She gave my color so much dimension with the highlighting. The haircut was just the right length. I could not be happier. Thank you :)

Cathy's wonderful! I have wavy hair and because of how much hair I have, many stylists tried to give me layers which I didn't want. I expressed my concern to Cathy and she completely understood and did exactly what I asked her to (not to give me layers). Finally someone who listens!! Of course, the hair cut came out great!

This place gave me the worst haircut in my life. Prior haircuts here we're just acceptable given the price, but the person who I used to go to left. The new person dismissed my warning that my head shape requires sculpting. Also did a horrible job blending. Then blamed it on my cowlick. I look like a clown and now have to go into the city to get this fixed. Just take a look at this butcher job... I'll gladly pay several times the price of this place for a haircut that actually looks good

I hate to leave a bad review but I am less than satisfied with the outcome of my hair today. I had beautiful long hair down to my ribs. Today I went in for a trim and was told my dead ends would be taken off. At least 4 inches of my hair was cut off before I said something. My hair is now to my shoulders. I am absolutely devastated and left in tears. I love feathers and everyone in there is absolutely wonderful, but if you go make sure to truly specify how long/short you want your hair!!! Super sad:(

I was looking a good salon to get my balayage hair done this year. Samantha was working with me and she never disappoint. I had a great time. Great staff, love the place, so clean. Had an amazing time!

I just came from my first visit to Feathers II and cannot express how happy I am that I made the change. Erin was my stylist and gave me the best color I've had in a while, maybe ever. She transformed my brassy look to a GORGEOUS rich brown with highlights. She was professional, knew the exact to transform my hair into the look I wanted, and executed perfectly. Plus she was so friendly and easy to chat with, which enhanced the experience. I could rave and rave, but instead I'll just say you can't go wrong with Erin.

I walk out loving my hair. Everytime. Really that says it all doesn't it? The salon is always very clean. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. The place has a great atmosphere. My favorite is Caroline. She is so easy to talk to and really listens to what I want to do with my hair. And like I said, I always walk out loving my hair and feeling great. So worth it!

I went to get my hair curled for the prom. My bf is a teacher and he took me as his date. I liked what they did and that they were honest with how they thought my hair would look best. The only thing I didn't love was the price...it was $70 just to curl my hair. I knew making the appointment this place was expensive but I didn't know it was going to be quite that much! But for special occasions and when I had the money I would get my hair done there because they really did a good job and my hair stayed curly all night.
