I am a full time snowboard instructor, and have been getting massages monthly for years to keep my back feeling good. My therapist is very skilled and always targets the right area, and relives so much pain and soreness. She always so nice, the best massage in the valley, I would highly recommend

Mimi is the best. I need real pressure to get a good massage and she is excellent. Being the only one there most of the time, she has been accommodating with time preferences! Will continue to come here and get massages!

I visited Fashion Spa for a 90 minute massage. This was my fourth visit this year. The massage therapist said she was Mimi. She had massaged me before. I like deep tissue and she did a great job. After some Swedish massage to warm me up she used shiatsu stepping in my back. The pressure was strong and precise. Her head and neck massage was amazing. Her work on my back and legs reduced my lower back pain. I felt great after her massage. Amazing. I plan to return.

My regular spa was busy so I booked a massage here. Mimi worked on me and it was excellent. She checked in frequently about the right amount of pressure and focused on all the areas I told her about that needed attention. She had me turn on my side to address my trapezius muscles and it was magical. I will definitely be going back.

Wow! What a great massage! I visited Fashion Spa after spending too many hours on my kayak. My shoulders, arms, and lower back were sore and fatigued. My legs and butt were very tight. The massage therapist asked me about my trouble spots and targeted those areas with her therapy. It was amazing. I felt 100% improved after the hour. I could even reach my feet easily to tie my shoes. Excellent massage and service.

This was the worst massage experience, and not necessarily because of the service itself. Entering in the store, I was greeted by the masseuse who was talking loudly on her phone which was on speaker. Walking me into the room, she commented on my body and the man on the other end of the phone remarked, "I wish I was there to see her (me)." The masseuse also did not turn her phone on silent throughout the massage. It rang two different times, and she did not silence the ringer. Switching to the latter end of the massage, she pulled down my underwear without asking for my consent first. Further, the masseuse contorted my body in painful positions without checking in on my level of comfort. I was actually concerned that she might injury me, which makes me question her expertise and training. Following the massage, I indicated that I would like to give her a $15 tip, which is already 20%. She then pressured me to tip her $20, and stated that there was a $3 charge for using a card. After seeing other reviews stating that she noted a $5 charge, I am worried that she is intentionally misleading people. I actually would like to report this business and am unsure how. I am concerned about the level of unprofessionalism, lack of dignity and regard for how clients are treated, and fraudulent behavior.

Booked an appointment online about a week before. Showed up early and the door was locked. Called the number on the door and she answered. Clear she was not in the store and asked me to wait 10 mins. I waited 15 and then left. Very unprofessional, glad I didn’t pay online. Do not book here.

Made a last minute decision to book my first professional massage. The online booking portal allowed for same day appointments. The place was clean, the fountain was leaking with a large puddle on the floor you had to step around in the front lobby, music playing in the room was awkward slow love jams that was distracting to have music with lyrics. The masseuse was on her phone, which was on speaker, talking to someone for about 5-10 minutes into my massage, she also did not silence her phone and it went off a few times into the massage, someone called her at the hour mark and she left to answer it. I booked an hour and half massage and only received an hour massage--we compared booking confirmation emails and apparently the software doesn't tell how long a person books an appointment for on their end. I told her how much I wanted to tip (10$) and she tried to bargain with me for more saying "it wasn't enough, people usually pay 20, how about we do 15"--I told her I was sticking with 10 and she said she had to add on 5 for the credit card use charge. She was apologetic about the time mix up. I don't have any experience to compare the quality of the service but the masseuse gave a great massage and checked in with me to make sure it was the right amount of pressure. Great massage, wish the experience had been better.

I asked for a deep tissue high pressure massage and she gave exactly what I asked for. The negatives of the massage was she stopped about 5 times to greet other customers that came in or answer her phone. That is unappealable and ruins the relaxing part of the massage. Ultimately I would mot recommend

I made an online appointment for a couples massage for me and my best friend. The therapist called me to confirm the appointment. The couples massage room was great with comfortable and clean sheets, hot towels, and a glorious massage. Both therapists were excellent focusing on our needs and sore body parts. We both received a full-body massage finished with a relaxing head, face, and neck massage. Great place for couples or anyone who needs a great massage.

my friend was in a boost Mobile store next door and taking a long time and I had to go to the bathroom really bad and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom there and I went into this place and the lady was so nice and saved my life and let me go to the bathroom she was so nice and I recommend people come here for business because she was such a nice lady

Do not step foot in here! I left 5 min in when it was clear the woman doing my massage had never been in a real massage school. The entire time she was hurting me and putting her elbows into my spine. I kept asking her to stop and she would not. Then when I was trying to leave the owner kept walking in on me changing!

i arrived 5 minutes early and expected to wait until my appointment time which was fine, but the the massuse came out and ushered me into a room to get undressed for the massage and i waited on the table until my actual time. the massage itself was rushed like she was in a hurry to get all the maneuvers over with. the middle of my massage was interrupted when someone walked in she had to answer the door, as it seemed like she was the only one working at the time. she also ended my hour long massage 15 minutes early, and still charged me for an hour which i booked online. when i came out the waiting room was empty so there wasn't even anyone with an appointment after mine. was hoping for a relaxing experience, but it was anything but that. don't recommend unless you want to feel rushed and get ripped off.

Decent massage and price overall. I really wanted to like this place since I just moved close by. My partner and I came in for a 1 hour massage at $60 each, which is comparable to most of the Asian spas in the area. Halfway through, both of our therapists stepped outside for a few minutes to greet other guests and make personal phone calls. Really unprofessional IMO and ruined the relaxing time we were supposed to have. The rest of the massage was mediocre, with me wondering why I wanted to come here in the first place. I have a membership through Massage Envy where the massage is consistently great, with no interruptions at all for $60/month (1 one hour massage included a month) and half off additional services. The part that made me regret giving this place my business was the end. We paid upfront for our massages and tipped $15 each cash at the end (25% gratuity). One of the ladies was so unappreciative and disrespectfully asked for $20. She preached about how she works hard and they deserve $20 each for tip. Honestly, I understand that therapists work hard for their money and I been to many Asian spas, but never been patronized for tipping. I believe 25% was a good tip even though my massage was mediocre with multiple interruptions. I’ll be happily keeping my business with massage envy, where they also work hard and don’t patronize their customers over $5.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Pulled a muscle in my neck and was in desperate see a masseuse. I saw that this place had nice reviews so I called and they were able to get me in right away and were very attentive to focus most of the time on the area needing attention. This place isn't the most aesthetically pleasing from the outside but don't let that deter you from coming in. I've been to 8+ massage spots in the Salt Lake area and I think I found my new favorite. I could tell the masseuse had years of experience and knew exactly what she was doing. Thanks for a great massage in SLC and I'll be back :)
