RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! 0 stars. I will never be coming back again. I’m a black woman as well as a small social media influencer, and I feel as if this young lady's behavior was targeted towards my race. The young lady with the glasses and the reindeer pinned to her chest with the bracelet on her left arm was EXTREMELY rude. She kept pushing my hand down aggressively and twisting my hand and kept sighing for I don’t know what reason. Then, she had so much dust from the previous acrylic on my hands and I gently brushed it down because it was irritating me and she rapidly leaned back dramatically like I was going to put the dust in her face which ticked me off. (She was wearing a mask/glasses so this “gesture” wasn’t necessary ) 30 minutes later I went to check if the first nail that she did matched my uggs and she said “you keep moving” and I was telling her I wanted to make sure the nails match before she does my nails and I end up not liking them. She kept yanking my arm and she kept negatively commentating on every little thing I did. I’m a Christian, and out of the kindness of my heart I chose to tip because honestly, I really wasn’t going to give her anything. She didn’t deserve a dime after she was rude to me and how she handled my hands for the duration of my experience there. She snatched the money as I gave her it AND DIDNT SAY THANK YOU!!!! and now I regret tipping her AT ALL! I pray for her and I pray that this evil negative energy and behavior leaves her spirit and that she genuinely finds happiness again . Projecting how you feel on the inside to customers who just come to get their nails done is NOT THE WAY TO DO IT. Get another job if that’s how you’re going to act towards innocent customers. SMH

I went for a quick manicure for my baby shower. They were decent until the next day. What a disaster, they need to reevaluate the skills of their technicians. never again.

A month ago my sister recommended this place to me, Doona is the person who attended me personally I really like her work although to be honest I liked the work on the nails with almond shape better. The squares ones I felt were a little thick but I liked both a lot. I like her job and the pedicure I like how the man who works there does it I don’t remember his name but he also does a good job. The price is good, I don’t think it’s exaggeratedly expensive compared to others I’ve been to and the work has been super bad. I recommend Doona 👍🏻

I really enjoyed my experience here. Jasmine was awesome! She did a great job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. It is also a beautiful ambiance and everyone is friendly. I’ll be back ♥️♥️

I would give this place negative stars if possible! They do not listen to you, honor appointment times or anything. Rude service and keep pushing more services. A walk in that comes in after you shouldn’t be taken before my scheduled appointment. Only reason gave this place a second chance is bc I was given a gift certificate. Go to one of the many other BETTER salons in the area.

Very unhappy was fastest mani Pedi every got no relaxing at all, manicurist were having conversations with each other and they had timers on to hurry to finish . Sad day I been here one other time was ok but this time just not happy very disappointed and prices went up

Chunky nails and painted with no effort. I tried explaining on how I wanted the gaps covered with calm and I only received a yell and the staff were talking to each other and left me dumb founded. They only made a scene and they kept talking to each other. They left it more chunkier and barely done with effort of trying to fix it. Their prices are also dramatically high.

Absolutely obsessed with how my nails came out! I did a new set gel and I did my feet too!! Both turned out amazing, Ethan had great expertise, trustworthy and hospitality is great! Can’t wait to be back.

I have been going for more than a year now and I'm so happy that I found this gem around my neighborhood. I was looking for a place tha would specialize with powder dip nails and Found it!!! Very happy with the end results every time! I love the professionalism of Aylin!!! She really knows how to do French powder dip nails!!! They last three weeks!!! Thank you:)

I went at 6:30 and asked if I could get a regular manicure and eyebrows. I was told that they didn't have anyone to do my nails or eyebrows. I could have waited because I didn't have a appointment but I wasn't given that option. Won't be back and will never recommend this place.

Really disappointed in the gel manicure I received. It’s lumpy, uneven, and sloppy. They tried to “fix” it by filing off the paint from my skin which was painful. I do not recommend this place.

Although some of the employees are very nice and they are clean. Please keep it mind that they are expensive . Also, please don't ask for a back massage because the guy that they have working for them doesn't know what he is doing. Last the manager is rude and very disrespectful.

Went for a Gel pedicure a few weeks ago, the lady only used water with no soap or anything . Had to pay full price for something I could have done my self at home! Then the lady in the front says to me okay next time. Of course not, never coming back.

They used to be a great place, but they overbook way too much. In doing that some of the workers tend to rush, and the service just isn't as good. On the other hand, they have a crazy good selection of colors. Ty to the owner for your response. Edit: in response to the owners reply....It means a lot that you truly care about your customers, and I really want your business to succeed. I'm sure you've worked very hard to be as busy as you are, but please don't forget the loyal customers who've been going there for years. All we ask is our appointment times are honored, and aren't rushed. Your salon offers one of the best spa pedicures around and 8s worth every penny spent.

Today I walked into this salon on my day off. I had been looking for a nail salon that offers Dip so I decided to give it a try after a Goggle search. My negative experience was all of 3 min long. I walked in confirmed that they did Dip and that I would be getting a gel pedicure and a Dip manicure. The lady at the front desk prompted me over to the table that had multiple sample nail colors. I went back to the desk to ask which one was for Dip as there were multiple samples all over the table and she huffed and puffed as she came out from behind the desk and showed me with the only attitude. At that point, I told her I had forgotten something in the car and that I would be back. I will not go and spend about $150 dollars to be treated that way. I would never return to this establishment nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The lashes are incredibly amazing and they last me like a month (like nowhere else), but I had an opposite experience with my nails, bad quality nail polish, since the second day it was already damaged.
