Son wanted highlights done. Linda took the time to help him pick color and also a style he liked. She was patient and very friendly. Salon was clean and welcoming. We definitely will be going back!

This place really deserves 0 stars, they said I’m all good for today’s appointment yet they’re CLOSED. Why in the world would they allow you to schedule an appointment and confirm it if the location is CLOSED?!? This is terrible business.

Blanca gave me a great cut. She listened to my ideas and then advised me about what would be best for my hair type and age. She spent extra time with me to make sure I was happy with the styling. I'll definitely go back to see her again!

Horrible service. I would give negative stars. Giving this location a try in desperation after 6-8 months after a stylist who was let go few months ago screwed up my sons haircut. We had appointments at 11 and 11:30 am for my son and daughter’s haircut at Evans location. Owner Rick made the appointment on Thursday for them. Today , firstly his stylist don’t show up. No one called me to inform, another lady Aditi cut my sons hair in between doing highlights on another customer. All that I had asked was a low fade and leave the hair long hair on top. Picture was also shown . And she was so incompetent- looks like a disaster . She chopped off a bunch of hair in the front oh his head . Not capable do even a basic boys haircut. Now my middle schooler looks like a toddler with a bad haircut . Gave me excuse saying that I have to get my sons haircut cut more often and she can’t make out any previous style on his head… She said “it’s only hair, it will grow back” - try telling that to a 13 yr old boy! Absolutely horrible. He was crying out of the store. My daughter has curly hair and I specifically asked for someone who knows how to deal with curly hair. After she washed her hair post haircut- it is so obviously uneven. Was not evident at the salon , as the hair was never wet. Looks like my 10 year old cut her hair by herself. Definitely not a good place for curly hair either. Never visit this location on Evans . See both haircuts below.

Aaliyah did a great job doing my perm, she is very sweet and patient and loves her work. I'm very happy with my hair and feel more confident wearing curls. The only reason I took 1 star off is because online it said the perm would be $80 but I was charged $166.

Hi! I got my hair done by Aditi and she was the absolute best! This was my second time ever dyeing my hair and this place is the absolute nicest The staff were very patient and kind throughout the highlighting process and would 10/10 recommend.

I had been going here for the past five years. My stylist, Mary (the one pictured in their photos) either left or was "let go". I asked, "what happened" and Kim the manager rather tersely refused to share. Okay, so I accepted her to do the cut for me and it was not near the precision nor care I hoped for. Plus her station did not look clean to me. I decided to just try another stylist at the same business, so I called, spoke to Amber and I scheduled with her. I arrived at the appointment, and Kim says, "you're scheduled with me". I said, "no, I scheduled with Amber." She said, "Well, honey, you couldn't have schedule with her because she is not working today." I replied, "Well, honey, yes I did schedule with her, I spoke to her personally on the phone", and I walked out. Listen, in business there is no excuse for sarcasm and attitude with a customer. I replied with sarcasm because I felt it was deserved. I was already hesitant because I sensed an attitude problem in this salon, but I was giving them a second chance. I will not be back. I simply drove five minutes to "Great Clips", where the manager Sandra was happy to see me, gave me a great cut at a better price, and she treated me with the respect I feel customers deserve.

I just wanted to share my experience with you all! I've been a regular at this location for about six months now, and I can honestly say that every time I go, I receive exceptional service. Kim, the manager, is always so kind and welcoming, and she makes sure that I leave with a smile on my face. If you're looking for a place with great service and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend checking this place out!

I was very disappointed with my son’s haircut. We specifically asked for a certain style as we showed them pictures of how we wanted the hair. My son had long beautiful curls and we were going for something a little shorter but still long enough to do a ponytail if needed. But she kept cutting shorter and shorter. I even told her that the hair was a little longer and she kept saying yes, it’s gonna be longer and just butchered my son’s hair. He is disappointed and now he will never trust getting his hair cut again. I don’t recommend this establishment for kids haircuts.

I went and got my hair colored/cut and I had Roberta she was amazing and gave me great advice to maintain my hair and the color. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is because of of one women who works there I think her name was Kim. As I was in the chair a person came in for a cut/color and was asking questions and Kim was really short with her and extremely rude and when the women asked how long everything would take Kim told her but was so rude and then decided to make an unnecessary comment of “well that’s why we make appointments.” It was not needed and the women did make an appointment and left and never came back I don’t blame her after that interaction. However Roberta is amazing!!

The haircut was kind of awful but Kim is super nice. When we booked online the price was different than what I was charged afterwards. She said it was because my hair is long but I have shoulder length hair so that didn’t make sense. If you’re going to up charge after a service you should make that clear before hand. Plus my brothers hair cut was absolutely atrocious. He sat there for an hour and left with the worst looking hair cut I’ve ever seen. Please please please do better. This place lost all its good hair stylists. Go somewhere else.

Very bad service, even though I explained with photos to the stylist the cut I was looking for, she did what she wanted and cut my hair twice as much as I had asked for, she ruined my hair! Not recommended at all

I LOVE Tim, he is amazing, insightful and is someone you want to do your hair but when I went to go reschedule my color, Kim had told me Tim was no longer with the company. After finding out he is indeed with the company but at the De Zavala location. I didn’t have a problem traveling there but she didn’t give me a chance. Come to find out she has been doing this with multiple clients of his. My guess to poach them.

I had an appointment today with Roberta. Great customer service while I was there. Salon very clean everyone was professional expect for one. Her name was Kim very unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable she was making racial comments about Hispanics. I,myself, am a Hispanic female. Over all great place.

I had my hair cut on November 11, 2022, by Kim as a walk-in. When I can make my hair look good based on her cut days after, I know the stylist did a great job. My hair is extremely hard to cut. With that being said, Kim gave me continuous good hair days and I appreciate what she did for me so much. I would love recommending Kim to everyone in Texas. Thanks you Kim!!!

Meriel is fantastic!!! One of the sweetest people I've ever met and it just so happens that she does GREAT hair!! VERY knowledgeable, bring her your questions and your pictures and I have NO DOUBT that, not only, will she turn it into a style you'll love, but you'll be able to afford it too!!! I'll DEFINITELY be going back!!
