I'm client at least for 5 years with these ladies, The quality and excellence of their work continue to accompany them, super qualified staff, G is an incredible girl who always makes you look very pretty, the sisters are incredible people and first-class professionals, how could you not recommend such a good place. Why I rate this a 1 star is because I asked for a trim but they used the barber sheers instead of scissors but I asked for a TRIM but they didn’t give me so on the sides I asked for a number 6 but they gave me a 2, so I ended up with a buzz cut. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My mom went a few days ago an hour before close (I know I know) and they seemed very annoyed that my mom came in but my mom just got a dry cut, then said well I have 20 min left of my shift if you want me to style it without letting her know it was an extra charge. So my mom left pretty frustrated. I usually like this place so I thought they were acting like that because of how late my mom went. So I went today hoping to get a wash cut and style. I asked them if they had any availability. They opened at 9, I got there around 9:40, door says walk ins welcome. They were already on a 45 min wait, so I asked if they really only had one person working and the blonde Hispanic Lady at the desk with glasses was like “well yeah.” So I was ok, thanks? Didn’t even ask if I wanted to make an appointment or come back when they had more people. She just shut me out. The ladies here used to be so nice but I guess my mom was right and it’s really gone downhill, attitude wise.

They charged me $28 just to level my hair which didn't even take 10 minutes since my hair was already short. It’s clearly a rip off. I have done something similar for $7. I went there because it’s close tothe store I visited....Never again.

Yani is a great colorist and always manages to work me in despite my challenging schedule. I've seen a lot of great hair styles coming out of this location from both Yani and Gloria - recommend! I brought my 4 kids ages 2-8 in all at once and the entire team gave them adorable, affordable cuts in less than an hour!!

I used to live in California and spoiled to go to Fantastic Sams for hair cut and color. I found in Houston. Lady cut my hair and did root touch up may be half inch or less. Hair cut price is ok but color cost me way expensive!! But she have done excellent job.

I'm sorry to say this but after going to this shop 3 times previously and the owner herself cut my hair did a horrible job and I will never go here again

My sister and I got a haircut and haircolor at Fantastic Sam's. We had booked for the previous day and mistook the appointment for today's. They graciously accommodated us and gave us an amazing experience with hair color, haircut, and hairstyling. Fariba and Yanie were so cheerful and warm. They made sure we were comfortable. Fariba was very creative with her hair coloring and styling without having to ask for it. Meticulous work ethic. Loved the experience. Thank you for your service 💕!

I have been coming to this location now for over a year. My wife suggested it to me. Gloria is amazing! She is always professional and cuts my hair perfectly. I like that you can make an appointment - walk in and sit down. All of the stylists here are very friendly. I can highly recommend them!

I went today and got my hair cut by Farina. I told her that I wanted to get my hair cut short and she didn’t want to do it at first and then when she was cutting it, she had to keep stopping to answer the phone and to help out one of the other stylists with something that looked like was easy enough for the other stylist to do. It took her almost an hour for a basic haircut. I definitely won’t be going there anymore.
