Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I went in for a haircut yesterday (01/23/25) and I specifically told the stylist how I wanted my haircut. She completely ignored my request and just did her own thing with my hair and now I’m high ashamed of how I look because of what she did. I will never return to another Fantastic Sam’s location after this and I wish I could get my money back.

Had a great haircut from Crystal. I had made an appointment and she was ready when I got there. She was very friendly. The salon was neat and clean.

Arielle cut my hair this time. She is very sweet. She listened to my unique needs and gave me a beautiful haircut. I highly recommend her.

My wife came in a few weeks ago she had been bugging me to review for her she wanted to let April know she absolutely loved her new hair color and recommended April HIGHLY!!! Also I think the new cut and style is sexy!!! Thanks again sorry for the late review!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I've not seen my mother in such distress. Under ABSOLUTELY NO circumstances would I recommend ANYONE to get a haircut at this establishment. I aided my mother in booking an appointment here for a simple haircut, as it's her birthday weekend and she's going to Vegas for the weekend to celebrate. All that was asked by her was a long bob with some layering. Her hair was all the way down to her waistline prior to the haircut. She just came home to me bawling her eyes out. What am I to do? I'm in such a helpless state right now. She said the "stylist" told her she'd be taking off at least 6 inches, and my mom said she told her as long as she could still put it in a pony tale. She now cannot. Her hair is barely down to her shoulders all the way around. My niece could do a better job than this. The back of her hair looks like chop suey. Utterly unbelievable. How is this place in business? What are the parameters for hiring the stylists? What an outrage.

DO NOT GET APRIL, she cut my hair like it's great clips and went wayyyy too short. Got charged full price for her messing up my hair. Avoid her at all costs

This was my first time here. I haven't had any luck finding someone who can cut my hair using a straight razor. I was nervous but I was so comfortable as soon as I got there. Carmen was amazing, so kind and she is very talented. She cut my hair exactly how I like it and even better. My cut and the color was wonderful. I finally felt good about me when I walked out of there. The Salon is nice and it is in great location. The other stylist was super nice as well. Even the other customers. Very welcoming!!!! Can't wait to see them again. Carmen you are a blessing!!!!

She (the stylist) did a great job with my hair! I had a photo & she did the best she could. I needed my hair shorter & thinned out. Thank you! (Sorry I can’t remember who cut my hair- she was there on a Thursday afternoon)

Amy was fabulous with cutting my curly hair. The price was reasonable as well. I will be going back in a couple of months for a cut and color!

If you go to 2235 S Power Rd #119, Mesa, AZ 85209, dont let the older lady about 5ft tall and blonde looking hair with a bit of broken English cut your hair, I showed her a picture and she asked to see it again and she disregarded what is showed and tried to blame it on my hair type.

Wonderful experience and lovely ladies! I got my hair cut by michelle today on a whim after a rough time finding an appointment she squeezed me in and did a beautiful job. Best fantastic sams i’ve been too in a while. Thanks Michelle! :)
