Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

This place killed my hair and wasn’t what I wanted at all. They refused to dispute the charges and I had to pay another salon to fix it. The first pictures are what they did and that’s what I wanted. The manager is rude and gaslighting me saying it’s fine. My hair was natural , no chemicals and they fried it off. Stay away from this place. Mia did my hair .

UPDATED: Poor management and inconsistent hours cause hard workers to be pushed out of the door. Bad ownership. Do better.

I would trust this salon, especially the hairstylist Heavenleigh. I went in being open to possibilities, but asked for something specific. All I can say is, that when I looked up in the mirror the results were better than anything I could have anticipated. Or thought of beforehand. I left feeling like a new person. Mia is absolutely wonderful, incredibly personable and listens to what I want done. I’ve been with her since cosmetology school and she’s only gotten better. Is very thorough and takes her time to get the best result for your hair. Even if we can’t get exactly what I want she takes the time to find the best alternative option! Always leave feeling better and happier with my hair. Thank you Mia!!

I LOVE this store. I literally moved to the east side of Michigan last summer and I will whole heartedly drive back just to get my hair done at this salon. Madison is a GENIUS in blonde and coloring. I cannot understate how happy I am when I leave this salon after an appointment! Highly recommend!

Love love love getting my hair done by Madison! We’ve been working very hard to achieve this hair goal of mine! And she nails is every time, I love getting to sit in her chair! Excellent customer service, and she always makes every appointment feel very personalized💕

Loved the vibes, stylist, and my hair. The cost was eh. I guess I understand why they price things the way they do but they were sneaky about it. It was my first time at this place I did my research and expected a $47 wash and cut/style. As I was getting my hair washed my stylist said she was gonna have me sit under a dryer bc my hair was so thick and dense.. I thought this was part of the cut. She did not mention that this was going to cost more. So I was not given an option to say yes or no to this. Once I was done my total came out to 100+ (not including tip) She said she had to add a $10 fee bc my hair was dense… I’ve never had this happen before. Im thankful for the cut but I won’t be coming back sadly

Madison has been styling my hair for the past couple of years. She is experienced, unbelievably talented and so helpful. I drive an hour to see her, and it’s 100% worth it! I always know I will leave there with a smile and feeling pretty!! ☺️

Fantastic Sams was absolutely amazing and their building is beautiful. The hair dresser did an absolutely fantastic job and she didn't even have to look at the picture. She was also very sweet and didn't ignore me for a second. Very impressed! 11/10

Heavenleigh gave me one of my best haircuts along with great tips and attention to my curly/frizzy hair. She asked great questions and taught me how to style my hair to match my lifestyle. Chatting and working with her was great I highly recommend her service!! Edit: I went back and got my bangs cut by heavenleigh and I couldn’t be happier! She made my curly/textured bangs more fitting and manageable if I could give her 2 five star reviews I would!!

although the hair cut itself was nicely done- I had way too much of my hair cut off after verbalizing all I wanted was a small trim because I was growing my hair out . Inches was cut off and I hate my hair now . It’s gonna take forever to grow out too . Scissor happy for sure

April is the best! I worked with her on a rainbow hair color look and she nailed it! Affordable services and they are incredibly accommodating and friendly! Definitely my new favorite salon and hairstylist!
