Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I had my eyebrows waxed on 10/21/24. Within an hour of my appointment my face felt very hot, and I looked in a mirror to find my skin had been badly burned. It's now been 3 months and I have a scar under my eyebrow. I contacted Fantastic Sams Corporate to report the burn within a few days of my appointment, but was never contacted back.

Great place, professional talented stylists. Our entire family has been going here well over 20 years. Can't go wrong. Prices have gone up since covid (like most places) but its competitive with other local places.

This is a great place for a haircut! Shayla was wonderful and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a fantastic wash and the exact haircut I asked for. She went above and beyond and saved my hair for donation after measuring it to be long enough. Highly recommend a haircut with Shayla!

I was always afraid to try a chain place like this but I got a great haircut here for an awesome price and it was quick! Normally I spend 50-70 on a cut....my haircut here was just as good as the high end places I’ve tried.

I am one to look at reviews and I give this place 0 star service. I understand we are in a pandemic but to turn someone away who just wants her eyebrows done literally takes 10 minutes... whomever I spoke to would not fit me in around 11:30 am and they are open until 5. Okay then. Second time here and last time EVER. I rather drive 20 minutes out of my way then give this place any of my hard earned money. Don’t waste your time at this place also I have had my haircut here before and they don’t know how to cut curly or wavy hair at all... for warning again spend extra to actually get a decent cut and customer service elsewhere.

They modified their hours after covid and haven't changed back so where as I used to like this place before I can't get in anymore. It seems to always be closed.

Shayla is the best with men’s hair cuts!! I’ve seen her 5 or 6 times now and I leave feeling great!! Shayla will give you a great cut and shampoo. I highly recommend her and her teammates

Everyone there is extremely nice, and I have never had a bad cut. I always ask for Amber as she is great to converse with, and even does the hot towel thing on your neck (maybe they all do it). She is the best barber I've had in years and I always feel relaxed after leaving there, on top of the great cut. Highly recommend.

On a whim i stopped in before a holiday, thinking i wouldn't find any place who could help with such short notice and at such a busy time. They were so inviting and made a point to accommodate me immediately. It was quick, simple, clean and i was on my way. Huge THANKS to Fantastic Sam's!

Awesome and affordable cuts for the whole family. Stylists are top notch and listen to what you want not just cut the way they want to (or only know how to) like at the other places in Doylestown.
