Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I've been going here for some time. The last lady that cut my hair asked if I parted my hair. Not always but was willing to try it. She made it look like my hair was not even cut and I'm not happy at all with outcome. I paid nearly $30 for what? Debating about returning since my regular gal hasn't responded to my calls or texts.

I have been getting my hair cuts here for many years.. I also get highlights done here. I am always very happy with the results. I have had Doreen cut my hair for a very long time. She is great! I always enjoy catching up on what is going on in our lives. Very friendly!

After scheduling my appointment I was called and told the person i was scheduled with was actually not working that day, the manager called a day later after my initial post and made arrangements to still squeeze me in. During my appointment she asked if I would change my review, which at that time I did. She gave me a 20% discount on the perm but then turned around and claimed it took two bottles to do my hair and charged me another $20 basically wiping the discount for THEIR screw up away. My perm perm looked pretty great when I left however it was VERY loose. Woke up Sunday to FLAT hair. Called Monday and manager wasn't in but they said she would call me Tuesday, which she did! I went in on my way home from work and was told "the curls just need moisture" so she washed my hair and PUT PRODUCT IN IT. The curls should NOT need product 3 days later to make the curls form. I have talked with several hair dressers since then and they agree that it was not done correctly and the wrong size curlers were uses. I will never go back to fantastic sams.

I went in today a bit nervous. I had Liz cut my hair. She was awesome. I was so relaxed after she washed my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and suggested shampoo and conditioner that would help my hair. She was really knowledgeable and just great to work with. I love my haircut. Thank you, Liz. See you again soon.

Becky was amazing! Her and Liz were both so friendly and welcoming! Their personalities are so comforting! Becky did an amazing job on my hair!!! She took her time and it was so worth it! I absolutely love my new look!!!!

Liz did an OUTSTANDING job with my hair. I got highlights and a cut, and she gave so much love to it! It has been my favorite coloring/cut I've gotten in my life. Becky is awesome! My hair is thick and was very long. I told her I’d like a shoulder length haircut, which ended up being a total of 9 inches and we donated it! My hair tends to puff out when my hair is shorter, so I told her I would love some layers and to thin the bottom out. She made my hair look and feel amazing! I’m so happy with the outcome and with also helping others out with some of my donated hair! Thank you so much Becky!

Had an appointment, among many little things I ended up leaving after waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby with no Acknowledgment. After that amount of time I kinda didn't want them to cut my hair and didn't get the best vibe. I felt like I was a inconvenience. I'm human, and my patience ran out. I'm a great customer and tip 100% at times. I will pay a little extra to have a better experience.

I tried many salons when moving here a couple of years ago, and finally tried Fantastic Sans because it was close to me. I was lucky to have Heather cut my hair and she is fabulous! Very talented, has suggestions for cuts, listens, is fun to chat with and best of all, makes my hair look great! Highly recommend! I've been a regular for over two years.
