I have patronized this business for over 4 years. I went in there today, signed in and waited patiently and quietly for over an hour on my turn only to be passed over twice with 2 people who came in after me. The breaking point for me was when the 3rd person was seated in the technicians chair while I was told to wait "ONE MINUTE"! My time is as valuable as the next. To say I was upset is an understatement. I will find another salon that treats me as a valued and appreciated customer.

Owner was very rude to my pre teen daughter. She came in for a full set and from the beginning he was very rude and constantly smacking her hands to keep straight during nail application because she was shaking from being terrified. Her nails were way longer than requested. Would not recommend!!!

This salon would be much better if Angie and the other younger girl didn't talk bad about the customers to each other! We can understand you enough to figure that out! That is rude and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.I walked in here strictly because they were the only salon opened by 9 AM thinking I could just get a simple fill in.I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted and she said they didn't have those colors.She also charged me for Chrome Polish.That I did not originally ask for but she said it would give the best look possible for the picture that I had chosen.I agreed and let her do my nails. I told her they looked fine when they absolutely did not. And maybe that is where I messed up, but they were completely different colors. Schemes completely did not match. It looked like a 3-year-old head painted my nails and I was very upset from the picture that I showed to what I had received was nothing alike. I was charged for a shape. I did not receive and when I went back to have them repaint. My nails because I was so upset that they didn't match. I did not get Chrome Polish at that time yet. I had absolutely paid for it. When I brought this to what I can only assume is the manager's attention. He said they do not do refunds that a refund is against their policy. I was just happy to have my nails matching at this point and left this morning. I woke up to find the Polish on my pointer finger was already chipping. I paid $53 for absolute garbage.I did and I tipped appropriately. Well, absolutely, never go back to this location.The same people that own this also own pro.Nails in Waynesboro and I had a similar experience there about 2 years ago.The way they do business is completely unprofessional.I was so unhappy and i'm more mad that I spent money on things that I did not receive. I work in the service industry.So I understand the importance of making sure a client is happy and doing your absolute best.And if they are still not happy they should be refunded.

Got a pedicure from tommy, and it was hands down the best ever. The massage had me stop talking half way through sentences because it felt AMAZING. Got my eyebrows done after and I love the way they turned out. 10 out of 10 recommend this place.

The only thing they got right was saving my appointment time. She took off way too much skin and then poured alcohol over it. Which okay, it's hygienic but still took too much.. messed up my right foot by hitting the lights and when I tried explaining that, she didn't understand. And last but not least, charged 10 more than what the paper said.

Got my nails done less than a week ago and 3 are chipped. My actual nail hasn't broken so you know it wasn't because I was to hard on them. What makes me mad is I got engaged this weekend and I have to show off the ring with awful nails.

The person was rude and watched her phone the whole time while doing my nails. I was cut by the file 8 times. They also used the wrong color. When i asked for a discount because of there mistakes they gave me $5 off and said don't come back. I am completely offended! Don't go there!

Wait wasn't bad at all for a Friday but that's about all that was good about this place, they never asked us what type of pedicure we wanted and just did it and rushed through it I spent more time waiting than the actual service. I had to tell then 3 different times the color I picked and then proceeded to tell me that "next time I need to remember the name of the color" the staff wasn't friendly at all and they used dirty utensils on us the pumis stone had literally been used on the client before me I obviously asked for a new one that's ridiculous so needless to say will never be coming back here.

ive been coming here for a long time and ive been highly satisfied in the past and highly disappointed as well. if youre looking for a place thats always going to give you what you want, this is not the place. today was one of those days where i almost didnt pay. my hands and fingers are covered in glue and polish, uneven polish on my nails, one nails is literally CHUNKY. i wish i was kidding. the lady i had was extremely rude and i was too scared to say anything because she was already talking about me beforehand because i couldn't get the glue off when i washed my hands. like thats even my fault?? she was rushing, as if she doesn’t care about how my nails turned out and just wanted to hurry up and get to the next customer. they wernt even busy. the nails have dust particles? im assuming from where she drilled them, dried into the polish. cuticles covered in polish, uneven shape and length. ruined my day to say the least, prices are also never the same. its a surprise on what im paying every time. the place is also disgusting. no tools are sanitized or even just cleaned super quickly in between customers. its gross and ive gotten infections from this place before, probably for that reason. unfortunately and fortunately i will not be returning here again. save your time and money and go somewhere else.
