After a few days, the dip powder on the pinky nail was chipped, the pointy finger. Now, on the second week, my nails look like an amateur did my nails. $50 down the drain 🙃

Not professional...I asked the lady did she do eyebrows...yes, she said... don't let her touch your eyebrows.... not arched correctly ... Then I give them another chance.....how can you not paint ties correctly??? The gel polish was horrible

the best salon for affordable mani/pedi in Macon, Ga. Staff are all so nice and gives exactly what you ask for. The lady that works here does an amazing job at designs. Adam did the best pedicure I’ve ever had today.

The tech did a horrible job removing dead skin from around my toes and feet and when I brought it to her attention with a pic and she got an attitude.She just acted as if she really didn't want to do my pedicure. The place was empty that should have been my first clue. I haven't had this kind of bad service in a nail salon in years. However, I still gave her a tip her🙄.

Very unsanitary salon. The room that’s used for eyelashes and eyebrow have the same nasty sheet and never been changed. Technician doing eyelashes don’t wash their hands before doing service on client. Would never spend money here.

When i first went the owner wasnt friendly at all he walked me to number 4 and then walked off. Once the pedicurist came he was nice and started my pedicure. Next thing i knew he was cutting my toenails with out permission so that they would be even he had to cut my other toenails. I asked for a marbel design and the guy tried his best to make the design. Later on that night the polish on my big toe where i got a design started peeling. I went back the next day to get it fixed and i got a lady and she couldnt do the marble design either so i just said for get it.

I'm not from the area but when im in town I go to this nail salon but every time there seems to be an issue. I've had my acrylic ripped off for a new set, I've had nails pop off with in the same day of getting them done, and most recently it was the rude service. I called to ask about wait time was told they didn't have anyone and come in now. I got there in about 10 mins. One of the nail technicians was sitting there doing nothing at all and told me have a seat at the front and wait. I wanted a fullset and pedi. I was not sent to the pedicure chair until 25 mins later when another lady walked in. They immediately started on her feet and just ignore me completely. I wasted about a hr plus and received no service

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about six months. I’ve never had a problem before besides having to wait 30 to 45 minutes to be service due to them not taking appointments. I’ve always going to the tech by the name of TONY. he’s short wears glasses he sits on the very end towards the drying station near the TV. I’ve never had a problem out of him before but today for some reason he had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails mind you he’s done my nails about 10 times in the past. I’ve never had an issue with my nails I showed him the picture of how I wanted my nails he agreed and said he could do it. he always does French style nails I always get but just with different colors each time. Today he was rushing doing a very sloppy job mind you he has done my nails the same exact way several times I had to ask him twice to take the polish off and we do it over because he wasn’t doing it right he got frustrated start throwing in my hand and told me to go somewhere else. I was very appalled and upset because we never had any issues in the past. I did talk to the owner who didn’t say much and ask what would I like to have done now?! I ended up paying $30 for just a fill-in with no polish! They lost a very valued customer today I will be taking my business elsewhere do not come to this ghetto establishment
