I have been coming here 22 years... recently have had health issues that affect my legs and feet. Dan and Kim are wonderful and have helped me.. I would not go anywhere else. No better place in Hot Springs. They are very clean and help with my neuropathy.

They were sweet but, after almost 4 weeks my toe tips and nails wouldn’t come off and i ended up ruining 8 nails because of them.

Lady who did my nails was really rude. Had issues with my debit card so I had to use another card to pay. hours later after I paid Left they charged me Again on the original card that gave me problems. So they charged me 130 on two different cards. Will never spend my money there again.

Disappointed in the major price increase since my last visit. Owner charged me $10 for cutting 2 toe nails, and for filing my nails. . .Sad. I will never go back!

The building itself is old and dirty inside and out. I felt very uncomfortable, was left unattended for over 45 minutes in a ragged massage chair to the point that the water turned very cold and my back started hurting really bad due to the padding being broken down. The man there wasn’t very nice and kept trying to take my purse from my hands as I was initially being seated. The positive thing was, the lady was very sweet and did a real good job with my pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately because of the rudeness and invasive behavior of that man I won’t go back. I do wish them well and hope that he will learn to be more kind.

I came from out of town. The owner I'm thinking that's who did my nails was better than any nail tech I've had in collierville tn. My nails lasted 3 weeks and he shaped my coffin nails so perfect. His wife did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job also.
