Had a mommy daughter experience. They gave us matching nails and did great with my 10 yo for her first professional nail appointment.

Everyone was very nice. Establishment was too warm to be comfortable however (and I am cold natured). I had to wait for the massage chair to "cool down" before I used it 🙄 (about 30 minutes). The massage was brief. I am not sure what the lady's name was that did my nails, as she did not tell me. I was never told what the packages were & I was never asked what I wanted. I had no base coat, one basic coat (I've never not had 2), and no top coat. The nails were not completely painted in a few areas (I only saw one while I was there as I didn't have on my glasses & she corrected it). There was a small spot on my big toe of fingernail polish that she removed at my request. She was working on one lady, stopped to make my corrections, and went back to the other lady NEVER CHANGING GLOVES. That's a huge red flag for me & I will not return.

From out of town just passing through for work. Everyone was so friendly I felt like I was at home! Great service and great prices and GREAT people!! I highly recommend!

I love going here to get my nails done! The staff is very friendly. I'm always satisfied when I leave. They make you feel welcome instead of a burden, like other salons. Definitely recommend Kenny!

I went for an eyebrow waxing, but it only needs to be removed what had come out new, but they quickly ,removed my eyebrow, without at least thinking about what it is that I need, or want, and they left it really thin it is a thin line what they left 😒😒 completely disappointed in the place I will never return

I’m very picky on how I do my nails and how the nail tech does SNS! Most nail techs do sns differently. I loved it the 1st time and gave them a 2nd chance and they went above and beyond. The entire staff are nice and make you feel welcome. They have gain a customer!

Okay place to go. Been to a bunch of places here in Cleveland and they are just not up to the standards that want. If you go I do I recommend Kevin & Vicki. There nails are a little bit thicker than other places I been too.

Had a Gel manicure Saturday afternoon. Today, Tuesday, my nails have already started peeling. The man who did my nails did not trim as I had asked. He filed my nails, told me to go wash my hands and that was it Had to go back to his station because he left rough edges. Had to file and cut my own cuticles when I got home. 2nd time this has happened. Getting my nails done in Murfreesboro before I leave town next time.

This is my first time in such a horrible and dirty salon. When I entered the room I was surprised that dust was everywhere, is it impossible to wipe the dust at least once a month? I waited 17 minutes until someone suggested I choose a color, then no one asked what shape of nails I should do, the master did not first of all manicure and cuticle trimming, one week passed and the varnish began to be removed . I am very dissatisfied with the work, I do not advise anyone this salon

everyone was very friendly as soon as we walked in! their service is fast even with walk ins coming through :) i enjoyed myself and my nails and toes together wasn’t even $100 definitely will be going back 😁
