This was my third visit and each time Mike has done an incredible job on my nails. I've had a different person for my pedicure each time, but all were wonderful. Everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy their work.

Me and my boyfriend came and got an pedicure customer service was great, work was great he loved how gentle the lady did his was as far as the clipper and grooming and I love how the man who did mine perfected my acrylic toes, polish and shape of my toenails I even had to bring my one year old daughter and they were very patient with us this will definitely be my go to nail salon from now on 💕

Take extra care on cleanliness , starting with customer hand washing. Line tubs where feet soak. Gloves are worn for extra protection. Gentle and helpful when I mention my sensitivity, on arch if foot - very ticklish. Great staff.I usually get pedicure, always great service no matter which tech I am assigned. Awesome job on nails . So relaxing ,to come , and enjoy this sweet treat!

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done. My nails always come out so pretty and the atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet whenever I’m there. They take their time with what they’re doing and make sure you get what you want. Mike is excellent 👍🏼👍🏼

Waited 40 minutes to get a pedicure soaking in cold water. And it wasn’t even good I still had scrub on the back of my legs and after two hours of waiting and being there they finally painted my toes and charged $42. Honestly ridiculous…gave $5 tip anyway. Will not be back. *EDIT* I got and paid for gel and two days later it’s coming off 🤦🏼‍♀️ I seen their comment about fixing it but I’m NOT gonna be disappointed again so I will NOT be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Please save your time and money by reading this review and avoiding this nail salon at all cost. Very rude and unprofessional in every way. Take it as a sign that they are always open and there’s never any customers in there. I am glad I dodged a bullet due to the quality of hospitality I received and eventually left. I just moved to Gainesville and live two minutes away. I thought it was convenient and they are one of the few nail salon that opens on Sunday. I walked in, greeted and said I was there to wax my eyebrows. The man and lady here blatantly ignored me and kept talking. I sat down there for five minutes appalled and hoping someone will acknowledge my presence because I have never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. I ultimately left disappointed. I do my nails and eyebrows every two weeks but if I have to drive 15 minutes to SW to get excellent service I would.

I love this place!! This is the only place I will go in Gainesville to get my brows n stuff done.. prices are great! They don’t rush so they can get next person.. they are just awesome.. if ur looking for a place try them!!

I have been to 4 different salons. This hands down is the best one I’ve been to! The salon is clean. Mike took his time, and made my nails look so good! It’s always hard trying to find a salon in Gainesville that actually cares about the nails and is a good price. The cost of my nails as a fill and him changing color was $53 without tip. They just got a return customer!! Thanks Mike! Will be recommending to all my friends

Very friendly establishment and never a long wait. They are open 7 days a week which is great for people that don't work a Monday thru Friday job. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Been going there for over 6 months.

A very kind woman prepped my nails while the man who did my nails (I think the manager) was finishing up another guest. I would be fine with this normally but it seemed she wasn’t trained in putting tips on and she struggled through it. She was very sweet, but she glued two of my fingers together and it was made me very anxious and it hurt. She also cut me with the drill. I would have been happy just to wait for the nail tech who does full sets to apply the tips. It took at least fifteen minutes to get through the tip application process alone. When he began on my nails he hardly said to words two words to me and he cut me with the drill twice in the same spot I was initially cut. He did not address it or apologize until he buffed over it with his dirty buffer. I am really unsure of the sanitary practices at this place. He finally apologized and he did apply an antiseptic. I was literally tearing up because it hurt and I was incredibly anxious at this point. He continued the silent, awkward service without even allowing me to check the shape. He was also very rough moving my hands around. In my opinion, my nails look terrible and they have no apex and they are likely to break. They are lumpy and I just hate them. I give myself zero stars for not stopping the service when I knew it wasn’t going well and I definitely would give this salon a -1 if I could.

Do not go here for wax. I went in for a "clean up" and the lady literally took off almost all of my eyebrows. Think 2000s pencil brow. And uneven on top of that. She has no business messing with people's faces.

honestly they were terrible i was BAFFLED. for a place that want to charge for shape and length thru can’t even get my nails straight or the colors right. i am just so sad right now looking at my nails because i was so excited to get them done and considering i spent 70$ on them and i was originally told acrylics were 45$. don’t go here, the places next door are MUCH better and cheaper. please save your money and time. (also the girl was quite rude when i critiqued her multiple times)

Expensive but she did a good job. I didn't know it was extra if they massage the legs during a pedicure, I thought that came with the service I was asked did I want that done.

I went in at 4:47pm & left out at 8:45pm. I went in for a pedicure & fill in. The pedicure was mediocre but I didn't complain because I got tired of trying to explain what I wanted. Then when it got to my nails, I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said that he could do it. Then when he got started he said he would cut all my real nails off and start over. That's not what I asked for so we went back and forth until I got frustrated and just said paint my nails. It took 3 hrs just for a fill in and it did not come out like I wanted. I'm highly disappointed for $102 I should be able to get what I asked for. What I wanted vs what I settled for.

I've had pedicures by Lynn and Calvin. Both did a really great job. Regular polish lasted several weeks. My feet are ticklish and both took great care not to tickle. The salon pedicure area is clean and the chairs have the massage feature.

It was a younger slim lady that did my nails parts of my nails wasn’t polished at all but the young lady was very nice, and it was a middle age lady with dark hair that waxed my EYEBROWS all I asked for was to clean my eyebrows up……OH MY SHE JACKED MY EYEBROWS UP NEVER AGAIN! Update the owner did reach out to me, and offered to fix the problem.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I will continue to do so. Service is great, salon is clean. Everybody is friendly. This is one of the only salons in Gainesville I’ve been to that hasn’t butchered my fingers. The one and only time I did accidentally get snagged by the drill, my tech stopped and immediately administered first aid and was very apologetic. I always look forward to my pedicures and my nail fills.
