My nails look very bad..I went here because prices were good but turns out I will never go back. The lady who did my nails put no effort into my French Tip. It costed $45 and it looked like a $10 job. If you want cute nails I would recommend going somewhere else…

Vee is AMAZING! She does my nails every 3 weeks and they are always perfect! They have the largest selection of colors and she can do anything you ask for! This week she did a beautiful Christmas design! She is super fast which helps because I come in on my lunch hour. I highly recommend Vee! She is absolutely the best!

I walked in & signed my name on the paper as I’ve done before. FIRST MISTAKE I was never asked what I wanted! It was a woman (white woman) behind me she was immediately asked what she was getting & they started her water for her pedicure. And she was told to be seated. Meanwhile I was still standing there & never said anything too! I WILL NEVER USE THESE SERVICES AGAIN! Even now I’m sitting here watching the employees talk to walk ins. I’m proud of my growth though because the old me would’ve never been this calm!

Went for pedicure and took my friend for a manicure. My pedicure tech kept Stopping and seating other people and my visit ended up taking nearly 3 hours. They didn't even start on friends manicure til they finished my pedicure. Nail polish was gummy and old. They couldn't do the design my friend requested. They were very nice people but I won't go back. Too unprofessional IMO.

If you want to be pampered go see John and Vee. They are the best. I drive over an hour to have my nails and toes done by them or there family.

The workers was.very kind, the only problem i had is that the nails were very lumpy. not really happy about the lumpy part, but the design is really good. This place has really good pricing, but maybe just work on making the nails not look to lumpy. Like i said, very kind workers, just needs a little work!!

They did a poor job on my nails, the nail came off in three days, and i went back to get it fixed they wanted to charge me, abd since i didnt want to pay, they told me to come bac on Sat, and when i did, they said its my fault the reason my nail came off and they have to charge me the full price to get them all fixed. So i went somewhere else to get my nails done. And when i came back the next month to get my naila done, they didnt want to do my nails at all, they said that i caused problems

Wonderful pedicure done by Inna!! She was so gentle and very thorough! If in Hot Springs, go to the mall and get a deluxe pedi!

The young lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing. The acrylic on my fingers were very large and lumpy. It was literally the absolute WORST manicure I’ve ever had. She needs more training before she touches anyone else’s hands. It’s a NO for me!!
