Phi is my stylist and I love her so much. I’ve been going to this place for years, ever since I was a little girl and now that I’m almost 20 I still go to her. I’ve tried other places but none were as good as her. I’m always happy with my hair and she always makes it look so good. If you want your hair to look professionally done, go to her! She does a lot too like quick haircuts, styling, etc..

The lady cut my hair (forgot name!) and it has grown beautifully since then! That same week my hair was getting so soft & nice, will be going again for sure.

Lady at the desk, directed us to this man and he cut my daughter’s hair and it was so uneven. It was my daughter’s first haircut and it was an awful experience. I think it was his daughter that fixed it, but she had to cut another 2 inches off to make it somewhat even.

This is the best place you can go to have your hair done! Very kind staff and they get the job done right. I got exactly what I asked for. The owner is the nicest person. If you're from Salt Lake, or travel to Salt Lake, this is the place you want to get your hair done.

Absolute mistake! Never coming here again. I had specifically asked for a trim and high layers and the lady who cut my hair literally only gave me terrible layers she just cut half of my hair and left the bottom half long. DO NOT COME HERE all newbies and learners are directed to family cuts which is why MOST EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. other than the owners

Got the worst haircut of my life here. When I walked in, the place smelled like a gas station bathroom. A woman directed me to a man who looked angry to see me. And that man gave me the most uneven and sloppy haircut that I didn’t even ask for. For example, I asked for half off the top and even showed him by marking with my hands and yet I have a buzzcut. I look like I’m about to be shipped to Afghanistan. The same man paused ruining my hair to look at something on his phone. And when he did cut my hair, it wasn’t a smooth up down up down, it was more of slamming the thing on my scalp and then just wobbling it around. No consistency in pressure. Never have I ever felt like I was going to get seriously hurt during a haircut. Moral of this rant is that overgrown hair is better than what this place provides. I have no experience with the woman, who presumably does women’s hair, but the man should not be cutting hair.

I rated a 1 star because I use to get my nails done here the nails didn’t even last a week the nails was lifted to a point where they popped off the next day the nail tech was being rough while doing the nails my cuticles was bleeding from being cuted I wouldn’t recommend this place

I got a great haircut at family cuts they're on redwood road went to other barbers which charge more but didn't have what family cuts have to offer which was a better hair cutting experience and friendly surroundings and people staff very cordial and friendly keystone was my barber on Saturday she did a fantastic job thank you keystone thank you Fina and thank you Mr Lee you all are so great see you on the rebound Leo

I will say without a doubt that when I lived in Salt Lake City I lived coming to these guys for a hair cut, but I was visiting in about the beginning of October and my usual stylist wasn't there and I should have left when I had the chance but I figured they would do exactly what I wanted, but nope. They instead told me my hair was too thin to do what I wanted and stated I would look like a boy if I did what I wanted. This was by far the most horrible experience in my life. I was degraded for wanting what I want and judged. I am not paying you to tell me what I should do with my hair, I'm paying to get what I want. I am not a Karen by any means but I told them to stop my hair cut and only paid for a men's haircut. They lost my business.

Phi was such a good hairstylist and gave me so much good tips on how I could style my hair after she cut it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly like the picture and more. Took her time to make sure it was perfect and that it was something I wanted! I will definitely be going back again to her ! 💕🫶🏽
