My first time here and I will be returning!! I was having trouble finding a nail salon that I was actually happy with after leaving but I finally found this place! I had the kind lady at table 5 and I am so happy with her service and the time she took on my nails 🫶

This is my favorite nail salon. I have had an amazing experience with great service. All the ladies working here are so sweet. Elizabeth did an amazing job with my Christmas nails.

Just started going to Fabulous Nails and highly recommend. Lilly did such a great job with the black nails I wanted, I love how they turned out!! My boyfriend and I got a pedicure here together as well and it really helped with the ingrown nails he gets. Will definitely keep going back!

I LOVE Fabulous Nails and drive out of my way from Rockford to see Laura, though they have a wonderful staff and everyone is amazing at what they do. We catch up on family, life, and always crack jokes. The experience and the quality always makes my long drive worth it. I get dip nails/manicures and gel pedicures.

A friend and I have been getting pedicures and manicures at Fabulous Nails for over 5 years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Their equipment and salon are impeccably clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. It's flawless.

Lee did an amazing job, I will definitely be back! I took a chance and just walked in to see if they had an opening for a mani/pedi and within 10 seconds I was sitting down with my feet in the water. Everything was perfect, super clean, and my nails look great. So glad I found this place!

I don't feel like my nails were good enough for them to take a $10 tip without telling me. I definitely will not be coming back. Be honest and confronting rather than sneaky and underhanded.

I wanted to really like this place. It's close to home and reasonably priced. The first time I went in, I was happy to schedule for another day as I knew my time was somewhat limited. I was reassured they could get me in and out on time so I could make it to my next appointment. The gal did a great job, but rushed and my nails showed it. I decided to try one more time. I made an appointment this time and let them know that I'd need to remove the existing acrylic and polish and would want to start over as I'd had it on for nearly 3 months and my nails were peeling away and getting caught on things. I had a different nail tech this time and showed her the photo of the design I wanted. There was never any mention of the design taking too long, or that it would be an additional $20 to do. She tried to talk me into just a fill. I said no, I needed to have it removed and start over. She obliged, but rather than soaking it to remove it, began chipping away at it with a toe nail clippers. VERY PAINFUL!! I spoke up 4 times about how much it hurt. Finally she soaked them, though grumbled about doing it as I was "being too sensitive". During this time it took, she removed someone else's shellac so not like she lost out on other business even. Once it was all done, she complained about how long my nails took in comparison to everyone else who had mani and pedi in the same time it took me to get just one service. I reminded her that I called ahead and asked about there being enough time to do it. She complained about the design I wanted and how short my nails were in comparison (she didn't listen about the length and did them shorter than I asked for). All in all, I felt this was so rude! She tried to smooth it over, but the damage was already done. I won't be back. Worst experience at a nail salon to date.

This was the first time I went here, and I had a lovely experience! I called about 10 minutes before I arrived to make sure they weren't busy, and the lady over the phone was super friendly and informative. I went for a pedicure. I picked out green for my nail color, and the nail tech perfected my green color of choice lol (i can be highly indecisive and unsure). The foot and leg massage was heavenly. The nail technicians were very friendly and engaged in conversation with you. The place was clean, tv show choice was good and reasonable prices. My nails turned out great😃

i went here a couple hours ago for a dip mani. my girl really tried😭. i think she was new but my nails are in very terrible condition.
