Bianca is a good masseuse. However, from a business perspective, this is not well run. Do not go as a walk-in. There was no help and she had to run everything herself. There were at least three other walk-ins that she left my massage for. The phone rang three or four times where she had to answer in the middle of the massage. Additionally, I had never been anywhere where the door was kept open a bit and not feeling completely private. She just told me "it's fine." Bianca did call someone to come help with one client who showed up. Toward the end of my hour she said, "you were here at 5:25 and we will go to 6:30, I'll give you five minutes, I'm sorry." So, again, Bianca is fine, the massage was fine overall. The business is run poorly and it was not comfortable to have her leaving, answering the phone and having to keep the door open for some reason. Maybe an appointment would change this.

I guess it’s only good if you have Bianca as your masseuse? Went today and it was terrible. What ? Why offer a massage to someone if the masseuse is not trained at all for that job . Awful place . Give me my money back and I’ll rebook

I had a really stressful Sunday and called them to see if they had an opening. They fit me in and I asked for deep tissue massage. I was treated to an amazing massage and I will be a customer as long as they give these type of massages.

Just had a great experience here! I got the 60 minute combo massage and Bianca did an incredible job. It’s very affordable and they actually work out all the tightness in the body. Highly recommend!

We love this place, it's by far the best value for massage in the area. Bianca is amazing, and most of the other staff are also excellent. Sometimes there is a little bass music noise from the place a couple of doors down, or chemical smell from the salon next door, but the value, friendly staff and fair prices make up for it.

Bad bad❌Really bad place ! Try to avoid it ! She did bad job not even finished her job when I try to leave before the time not even finish the one hour which is that’s what I paid for she were asking me for tip ! I said I won’t give you a tip because you didn’t do good job! She locked the door on me won’t let me go out until I give her the tip ! And she said let me call my husband!

Bianca is one of my favorite massage therapists because she genuinely cares about helping me. She uses her fingers to get into tight tissue along the bones & clears trigger points. Being someone who has had many sports injuries this is a perfect technique. I saw reviews about her taking business calls, it’s happened a few times but she more than makes up for it. I’ve been 4x & my husband has been twice, we both agree, she knows what she’s doing as a massage therapist & we will be there as long as she is!

Fabulous foot is the best place in Katy for massage therapy. I’m a Pre-k teacher and it’s very tiring to work with little super active angels. The visit to Fabulous foot relieves me. It’s clean and soothing atmosphere. The front desk person is very polite and welcoming. The massage therapist serves in a dignified professional way. I love this place.

Professional hands and relaxing atmosphere, best among all, no demand for tip or anything, you pay for what you get and that’s it . Tip was completely optional and that made me comfortable to come again. Available parking, bathroom, sink inside the massage room, mirror, and hanger for cloths. Climate was good and suitable. Price is very cheap and affordable to all. Thank you

My first time there. I had CiCi and she was great. Helped my neck and shoulder out really good, The pressure she used was awesome. She did not rush at all and took her time to make sure that she got the right spots. I highly recommend her and will be back again. Thanks CiCi

My girlfriend and I get 90 min massages at least once a month. The last place we regularly visited started going downhill and the customer service started slacking. We tried Fabulous because most of the reviews were great. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn’t what we expected from what the reviews said. My girlfriend and I had our own private room, which was perfect. My therapist, who was also the receptionist, came in and started working on me while my girlfriend lay there for more than 10 minutes waiting for her therapist. This was the first red flag. It didn’t feel professional. My therapist answered about 6-7 calls on her cell phone/the work phone from potential clients during my massage. She also left the room 3 or 4 times for potential clients coming into the building. When I complained about this at the end, the therapist said that she was sorry but “the owner wasn’t here today and she had to answer the phone” which didn’t make sense because the calls were coming in on her personal cell phone. She did give me “5 extra minutes” which I appreciated but it still didn’t take away from the bad experience. I wasn’t able to fully relax and enjoy the experience and neither was my girlfriend. To top it off, the therapist had the audacity to ask for more of a tip when she saw that I only tipped her $10. I could have and shouldn’t have even tipped them at all. We won’t be going back.

This will be my go to place from now for massage. I had a very good experience and especially they have separate room for massages which is a plus. This place is by far my greatest experience and I’ll be coming here from now on. The lady did my massage today was Coco and she’s great.

Full body massage. Last minute decision on a Saturday night. There are so many to choose from in this area. Although I have never been to any others around here, I have no need to try. Wow. Super impressed. I went in on the verge of a tension headache from all of the stress in my shoulders and neck. I left feeling 100% free of pain and so relaxed. Really professional. Great communication. Quiet and serene environment. Clean and perfect temperature. I don’t live in this area, but if I ever return I will be sure to come back here. Thank you, Bianca!

I had been to this place before it changed hands and it was excellent. To my surprise the masseuse I used before was still there( Lily). The place is extremely clean, professional and very experienced. I’ve had problems with my rotator cup and she worked it very gently until she found the problem it is like new. I also got a foot massage while I was there and my feet have never been happier. Finally one last plus the prices are very reasonable.

Seriously best place I've ever been too hands down. Rachel did my massage, she was so amazing. Very professional and clearly very experienced. I have terrible sciatica pain and when she was done my back felt better than it has in a long time. So healing. Absolutely phenomenal massage. If I could give a 1000 more stars I would. Amazing price! Worth every penny and more. Wonderful and sweet women who are so so good at what they do! Would recommend if you are looking for a very high quality massage.
