If I could give a Zero star I would! Had the worst experience ever yesterday!!! I normally go to Cassi she is the best l! But since she was not there and my eyebrows needed a clean up really bad I decided to give the girl there a chance. I literally told her like 3 times I needed a clean up only that I had a spot where the hair don't grow but I've been letting them grow (for years) she sounded like she knew what she was doing until it was time to see my eyebrows. She left them super thin and I'm not even exaggerating. I told her that was not what I asked her to do and she had the nerve to tell me they looked nice! BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! They still had the nerve to charge me and I shouldn't of paid but I did. Never again going back to that place!!!

Love getting my eyebrows done here. I travel to Oklahoma at least once a month. I always wait to get them done here rather than going closer to home. Everyone is super friendly and professional.

Neha is the worst ever all the customers complain about her that she messed up her eyebrows Cassie and Monica are the only ones I recommend I feel like they the one who run the place neha is so bad no one even rarely goes to her because of how bad she is someone to get this girl fired SO BAD only 2 good ones she sucks she is so bad

Cassi is the best! I have been picky about who does my eyebrows and how they look because they are very thin and light. She completely transformed my eyebrows with her technique in threading and tinting them. I am obsessed with them.

A bit pricer that BrowsArt on 23rd. They arrived 10-15 minutes after the store opened. Door was locked. Won’t go back didn’t like the eyebrow arch work they did or the tint . Wouldn’t recommend for people with textured eyebrows

Such a scam! I always do my eyebrows myself and today I thought let me start going here since all my family members go and I walk in and ask if they accept Apple Pay and she says yes but there is an extra $2.00 for transaction fee. Now I’ve been a business owner myself and worked with various credit card companies and none of them have a $2.00 transaction fee. It’s not about the transaction fee it’s not about the $2.00 it’s not about the business owner wanting cash, it’s about the fact that the owner has this much level of disrespect for her customers to scam them like that. I don’t mind paying for services that I receive I do mind unfairness, and being intentionally and purposefully scammed.

I’ve been using this place for a couple years now. I’m pretty picky about who does my eyebrows😅 But since I found this place I always come and wait on Sammy to do my brows. I told her what I needed and what I was expecting and she did just that AND some! She does absolutely wonderful EVERY TIME💓! And to top it off I don’t ever feel like she’s threading my brows!😃👌🏼 Like it never hurts with her, I swear if she leaves to another business or anything she definitely has a continuing customer!👍🏼

The worst beauty parlor ever. Very unprofessional and rude. So painful experience doing threading and waxing. Do not go after fake reviews. The Nepali lady has so much attitude. Please avoid horrific experience.

Cassi does phenomenal on my eyebrows. Never any issues. Takes her time to cater to me perfectly. Even if the wait for her is longer and it takes a few minutes more than the others there the professionalism and quality of work is more than worth it!! I won’t let any one else touch my brows!

Today I tried to go somewhere different bc it was 2 min from home and there was a long line and they didn’t even greet me when I walked in so I will drive the extra five minutes from home just to keep going here like I have been for years and Sunny does a AMAZING job!!
