Customer service unbelievably rude. Drove 45 minutes for service. I wanted fill and pedi with chrome. Lady said ‘yes we have it. Go back there.’ Rude. Directs me to man who says “I don’t know the colors.’ I said if you don’t have it I can go somewhere else. His response’ we must not have it so yes go elsewhere’ No one taking time to show me chrome options. Needless to say waste of gas and time. Waited 40 minutes for them to open. No one wanted to serve me. Completely obvious. I just left. No need to pay for rude service and to people who don’t want to serve you.

beyond irritated. i had went to this shop due to mine being closed early. nails lasted THREE days. paint chipping started the next day. i asked for a refund and they refused.

1st time here and extremely happy with the services. I got a full set and pedi. The work was great, the staff is very friendly and the spa is clean. They gained a new regular customer.

It been a while since I had a pedicure.. my sister booked appts for us both on my visit to Indianapolis. we walked in and was greeted immediately. HANNA worked on my feet and when I say worked she worked.. she did a great job. Hanna wss very nice, we talked during my pedi. I think she felt my embarrassment. and she made sure I was comfortable. She massaged and oiled my feet I was in heaven (lol) oh and massage chair is everything I fell asleep a few times. Crystal did my sister pedi she was nice as well.. Tom did my sister nails & he great as well . Job well done!! I will definitely return!!

Clean and always do a great job whether dip, gel, manicure, pedicure, or just regular polish. Most recently visited for holiday nails and they did a great job.

Do not go to this place!! The worst pedicure ever keep your money cause it's a rip off! Theowner is racist and very rude. Customer service is zero to none!! I basically paid 50 for color change! And the owner did my pedicure!! Close them down and take your money elsewhere! And she was trying to get us to get a upgrade cause it's was Mother's day. So glad I didn't cause ma'am you can't do the basic!

I didn't realize how horrible these looked and felt till the following morning. Lesson learned. Will NEVER go back. Wish I could get my money back but just want to make people aware. They are fast, wreckless and the nails were funny shaped/super thick. Horrible. Never again.

I got a simple manicure and it looks absolutely horrible … no dip, no gel just a manicure with regular polish…. The polish is not even, I have hang nails. I’ve been coming here for years and the last few times the service was worse and worse.. this will be the last time

I just had my first pedicure here today and it was wonderful. They took plenty of time and it was a great value for the price. My toes look great and I felt so relaxed. The place is clean and the massage chairs are new and good. I will be going back.

Its okay but i wouldn't return again. The technician was nice i think. He was very soft spoken. I asked for medium coffin nails i wanted solid color and an accent color on my ring finger. He said okay and he gave me short tapered squares. They are uneven and slanted as well. When he went to drill they used unclean drill bits that had been sitting in nail and polish dust in a dish and he cut my pinky while filing. When he went to paint them he started to give me a french tip with my colors and when i explained he fixed it. He grabbed two green colors and wanted to layer a dark green sparkle then put a lighter color on top. Both greens were not the color i picked. When his coworker got up and handed him a sparkly green i said can we just keep the dark green. All in all im content with my manicure but my mom paid for it and was not happy with her nails. It was $53 for a gel full set per person. She asked for black french tips and the lady cut her cuticles with the drill, didnt give my mom her correct length and she painted the tips so thin you can see her natural nail underneath. She also didnt get the correct colors she wanted. I wouldnt go back considering my pervious experience.

Cut my toenails so short they were painful, roughly tugged out my skin. Terrible, sloppy polish job. I was promised a refund and it was never sent. I won’t be back and would not recommend.

I had a dip manicure a week ago. It was the worst manicure I have ever received. It cost $45; it was worth nothing. Crystal didn’t even bother to smooth out the surface of my nails; therefore, I have lumps and bumps all over. It also started to chip and peel after a week. In addition to this terrible experience, I took my daughter there for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. It took a different mail tech almost 2 hours, and it started to come off her nails after only 4 days. For both of us, our manicures always last at least 2 weeks. I do not recommend that you waste your money and time at Exotic Nail Spa.

I have tried this business several times mainly because it is the closest salon to my home - I had good luck once. This last time takes the cake. I wanted to discuss what he was going to do pulled my hands back before he started so we could talk. He told me to move from his station turned off his light and walked away no explanation. The mgr came over insinuated it was my fault - because I wanted to discuss what was being done. So I left - with no service provided. I also want to add they are not the friendliest bunch - it has to be how it is run since it is the same for over a year. It feels a little tense Ian’s that isn’t the atmosphere you want. I guess they don’t need customers.

I was cut during my pedicure and my nails aren't correct. Some of them are crooked after i asked the lady to fix it and she made it even more crooked. didn't bother to do two coats of polish so the nails look see through. same for my friend. she asked for pink toes 3 times yet she received white toes.

Very bad dip set. Dip began chipping off several nails within days. I also saw an employee/owner being rude to a client. Bad customer service. She made a scene yelling at the client.

this place is awful. their work is probably worth like $10. I got charged $138 for an awful full set and pedicure. all my nails are uneven and it looks NOTHING like the picture I showed them. they look short and stubby. I really used to like this place but they went downhill.
