Imma help you guys out. Okay so I’m new to Lake Charles , and I do not like This nail place. Why? Because I only got acrylic and polish, no Gail no power. And I paid $40, ok cool but but for my nails to look like this for $40 is insane and a waste of money , they said power was $45, so why the hell I paid $40 for just acrylic and regular polish? This why I don’t do my nails because they are get overs and they just say prices to you . And she said it was $5 for the length, that still shouldn’t have total out to $40. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS AND DONT CARE ! on first they don’t even polish my whole nail (the bottom of my nail) and when I said something they switched, and that still did not help ! IF YOUR FUNNY ABOUT YOUR NAILS DONT COME TO THIS EXPENSIVE PLACE! Someone help me with a good nail place because I don’t wanna pay $40 just for a polish over acrylic nails . I DO NOT LIKE MY NAILS Especially because I paid more than it’s worth. MY NAILS LOOK OLD AND I JUST DID THEM TODAY!

Came in for two Pedicures and we were rushed due to them getting busy After we were in the process of getting started. The Pedicures were barely done properly. Definitely will not be returning.

I brought my stepdaughter to get her nails done before school. They did a poor job for the price of $45. I will not be returning.

I just received a pedicure that was out of this world‼️#3.It was what I needed and didn't even realize it.I needed that Xtra attention on my legs and feet while getting a massage in chair. Thank you so much‼️ I wish I knew his name but I didn't ask because I'm not a regular, I don't do this often but thank God for it. He's the older ,really nice man.

I went in with my 2 daughters and granddaughter. They were very helpful, considerate and super nice. Made sure we were happy with our nails at every step. They were also very patient with my 9 year old, as well as some other children in at the same time. They blew me away with the quality of work for the price. We will be going back.

I truly love going get my nails done here. They have a great staff who really listens to what you want. Great place if you are new to town like myself. I have never had an appointment here, but they always welcome me in and get my needs taken care of.

My pedicure today and recent ones have been GREAT! The guy who did my pedicure today made me feel as though I was walking on clouds afterwards. He was quick, but didn’t rush. Very attentive, and very neat. I would recommend coming here for a pedicure.

Holly is very professional, accommodating, patient, friendly and thorough in addressing the pedicure. The whole staff seems very genuine and appreciative for each client that walks through their door. Never felt hurried throughout the process but they all take their time to do it right. Great job, service and personalities.

The best detailed nail techs I have seen CONSISTENTLY in the city so far! My favorite is getting a pedicure. Even if it is a basic one, they still take their time and pay very great attention to detail. I haven't gotten their manicures yet, but I plan too soon. This will be my go to place since it is next door to my favorite restaurant Pho World.

Actually kinda stuck in the middle. The pedicure was great the first time. The nails were bad the first time. Under the nails was not even properly cleaned. Got hurt like 4 times with nail grinder. decided to give them another chance. Bad mistake nails were so bad the 2nd. They fell off the first week. At first everything was ok. But then they started to get busy. So she rushed on my nails. She even saw me talking pictures of them. And she did not ask not question. The 2nd pedicure was OK. But the shellac polish job was horrible. I was left unattended in the middle of getting my nails done. So she could go service another customer. So instead of a 2 hour service it turned to a 4 hour and 20 minute total. I understand that businesses get busy. But it should be first come first service. We all have responsibilities and schedules to maintain. The polite way of serving a customer if they are busy. Is to let them know there’s a 30 minute. Instead of leaving a customer untended to wait.
