They have a fake website for the price. 17 dollar haircut went in and they charged me 30 dollars. Why do you have a site where the price is not real. Its to get college students who want to save money. Seems like they had it for atleast a while and have not done anything about it. From what I know they have three different barbers so I have no experience with the other two but never coming back and UCR students its not worth going in to get yelled at then scammed . I recommend anywhere else

I sent my son there to go get a haircut. When he got there he asked for a blowout taper fade, the lady said she didn’t know what that was, she then gave him the this and told him it was faded.

I first tried to change my appointment by 30 minutes and it was automatically rejected. So had to create a new appointment just so I can adjust the time like 30 minutes. Then when I got to my appointment Lucy did not come to my appointment. After 30 minutes waiting I called her three times and she decided to reschedule me 4 hours later. When I got to my appointment for 4 hours later she was also late. after the haircut was done I had asked a friend if I should make any changes. my friend said to make minor changes and she treated it like it was the biggest inconvenience. when it came time to payment she decided to up the price to $25. On their website it showed the haircut was 17 when I told her this she said the website was not updated and they do not follow those prices. Personally, I will not be getting a haircut. From Lucy ever again. I’m sure the other barbers are amazing, but this was the unpleasant experience. To this day even after I wrote this review and they said that they would remove the site with the faulty price it's still up. I have never loved a haircut more. This salon is amazing and the woman that did my hair was so sweet and funny. I totally recommend this salon to anyone who wants and awesome haircut and amazing advice on how to keep up with the cut!!

Came in this morning to have Chris clean up my facial hair and he did a great job! There was no line so he was able to take me in right away and I was out super quick. Love that I was able to get cleaned up right away before my sister’s wedding. Definitely would come back! Thank you, Chris !

Did a walk in appointment with my hair that I’ve been cutting myself for nearly 6 years. The stylist there gave me the exact haircut I asked for and really took his time especially given how choppy my hair was when I came in. Truly amazing service!

Great Haircut, Friendly staff. They were very patient with me since I took a lot of time to explain the haircut I wanted and in the end it was perfectly as I wanted. Best value for price around the UCR area.

Horrible customer service, I didn’t even get my haircut because of how low staff they are and my hair stylist wasn’t even there, and no one was answering my questions. If I could rate this place a 0, I would.

I was hoping that I could get a cut here, especially since many recommended this place to me, but I was never able to get a cut. I set up an appointment through their online form and I thought I was set. I come in and I ask for Lucy and she's not even in the shop, I wait for 30 minutes and the guy tells me to call the number in front of the shop to make sure and she doesn't pick up. Why do you have an online form for scheduling a time but don't keep with it or even call your customer to confirm the time? Such a waste of time walking to this shop and waiting for my stylist. I won't be coming back. 0/10 experience, wish I could put 0 stars but can't so here is ur 1 star.

Love this place. David is friendly, fast, and understands hair. He gives student discounts too. I make an appointment online before I go. Parking is easy and it's close to campus
