Erika is incredibly knowledgeable! I was a little nervous about dermaplaning, but her expertise really put me at ease. She took her time to explain the products she used, performed the extractions with care, and provided me with a thorough facial and skin analysis. I truly appreciated her attention to detail! However, I did have a small hiccup with my bill that I think is worth mentioning. I ended up being charged a bit more than expected. I paid cash but didn't receive the 3% discount that was mentioned in her welcome message. I would have brought it up right away, but I felt a little awkward since she didn’t mention it herself. Also, I noticed that the cleanser I bought for about $37 (including tax) is listed for $30 on her Instagram shop. I know $12 might not sound like a huge deal, but for many of us who save up for these services, it’s important to have clear and consistent pricing. I'm hoping this was just an oversight. I decided to share my experience because as someone who relies on reviews, I think it’s important for others to know all the details, both good and bad! update: erika reached out to me and resolved the situation, i’m happy she was professional and quickly addressed it

Erika is absolutely wonderful!!! She is a caring expert and it shows, even when she’s not saying anything at all and just working on you. I can feel her caring and compassionate energy coming through her hands, she has such a gentle touch. It’s obvious she is more than just great at what she does, she truly nurtures her clients. I feel completely comfortable in her hands - literally and figuratively - and I sincerely trust her. I’m so happy I found Erika, and will be working with her for years to come. I had the absolute best experience with Erika! She is very professional and knowledgeable about skincare and various products! Not only did I leave with my skin feeling amazing, but I also left feeling more in tune and aware of my skin and the products I should be using! This was my first facial with Erika and 5 stars all around. I went in to treat myself for a birthday facial/ begin to prep my skin for my upcoming wedding. Erika’s studio is clean and so cute ! She immediately made me feel welcome and gave a detailed analysis on my skin that was spot on to my concerns. Throughout my facial she kept me very informed with tips and products on how to take care of my skin, but it’s deeper than skin as she is a health advocate. I tried out dermaplaning for the first time and I’m hooked! can’t wait for next facial!!! Thank you Erika!

I had my first facial with Erica and OMG it was amazing. Her studio is super cute. Super clean. Her space is a whole vibe. From the moment I met her to the moment I left she was wonderful. Look, just book her. She responds fast, courteous parking info text, fire playlist!, great vibes, super knowledgeable, great conversation, just all around everything. Price is worth it as well skin care recommendations even if you can’t make a full switch (but I recommend doing so). No regrets. Already booked for the next!

Erika is doing amazing work on my face! I suffer from acne and inflammation so I’m very particular about where I go to or who I allow to touch my face. I went to get the Jet Plasma and BioRePeel chemical peel treatment and Erika helped me understand how it will help my face and calmed my nervousness by answering every question I had. She explained every step very thoroughly and what each product does. It was a very comfortable and positive environment and I’m so excited to continue my journey of healing my face!

Erika the owner is fantastic. Her knowledge and professionalism made my appointment so enjoyable for the Jet Plasma Treatment. I have only had one out of the 6 treatments and I already see the results. I found Erika on Instagram and she always responded promptly. I could tell right away this would be a great experience. Her suite is quaint, comfortable and inviting. I enjoyed every minute. Erika is amazing! My teenage son has been struggling with acne and has been very self-conscious about it. Erika immediately made him feel at ease and thoroughly explained a regimen for his acne type. She was very gentle with extractions and asked him several times if he was comfortable with her continuing. We are both thrilled with her services. Also, her treatment room is beautiful and clean, feels luxurious, and is in a great location. I can’t wait to schedule my treatment!

I used to go to a different aesthetician before I found Erika but honestly Erika is now my forever new fav esthi. Erica is amazing! The experience was wonderful! The bed was so warm and cozy and I was very comfortable the entire time. I am Deaf and Erica was very willing to chat with me via text and gestures.
