I was very tired from work. I drove by here and a girl greeted me warmly. She led me into a clean room and gave me a professional massage. I felt much more relaxed. Thank you, i’ll come back.

Worst service experience I've ever had, and they even had the audacity to request a tip. My husband and I came in for massages, but they separated us into two different rooms and left me waiting for over 20 minutes without any explanation. When I went to the other room to check on my husband, I discovered that the therapist was getting uncomfortably close to him, with only a small towel covering him. It felt extremely invasive and uncomfortable. I will never return to this place again.

Evergreen Massage Spa is a true gem! The therapists are professional, attentive, and really know how to melt away stress. The ambiance is calming, and the entire experience left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I will definitely be back for more relaxation!

They opened on Lake City Way. I was told to come in at 3:00 for a massage. When I got there the same woman acted as if she’d never seen me before or made an appointment. Then told me to go to the Ballard store. Never again. I was in need and they blew me off.

A place with decent atmosphere and massage, that tells you what the tip should be during the massage and then negotiates it on the way out. Maybe I seemed gullible, but I did leave a normal tip

Booked a 90 minute massage with Miya and she was not a pleasant person. Miya was complaining to Amy in Chinese which was rude. Amy ended up giving me a 40 minute massage. I had to go to another massage somewhere else afterwards to get an additional massage because my body was tense. Thank you for giving me a good service Amy. I wouldn’t recommend Miya.

Did not mention anything about tip before and during service, then made me pay $20 tip in the end! yes they specifically asked for $20, the massage itself is only $70. Never have I been to another place that ask for 30% tip directly, totally absurd. Avoid this place😡

I called to see if they had time for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. They told me yes, but it would be cash only as their credit card machine was broken. I go to ATM, then get there and the lady tells me she can only do a 60 minute massage if other customers come in. Three customers came in and the phone rang one time during my massage. The massage therapist would sigh irritatedly each time, then leave the room to answer the door or phone each time. Each time she would leave the door open, no consideration of privacy. I would give the massage 3 out of 5 stars, relaxation, respect of privacy, experience of the massage a 1 out of 5 stars. When I went to pay for the 60-minute massage, I was only going to tip $10 since this was not a great experience. The massage therapist told me tip is $20. Ha! I paid and left. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Made appointment 3 hours prior to coming. Came 5 minutes before my appointment. They said “sorry too busy all day” I said I made an appointment and I’m arriving on time… after 30 mins talking to them, and proving that I was the one that made the 3:00 appointment, still got nowhere. Had to drive 1 hr to make it, and they did not want to honor their reservations at all. Definitely do not recommend.

Very clean exterior and waiting room. I appreciated easy to use online appointments but was skeptical. When I walked in I could tell the front host was surprised-didn’t see my online appointment. She stepped up, made it work but that and online price vs in store price was different. By only $10 but still, impacts the tip so. Star off for web info being off but 4 stars for very good massage. The massage was 15” with front host and 45” with therapist. Transition was smooth. Communication bit challenging but it was a quality massage. I was instructed to call for an appointment in the future, so plan accordingly.

Wonderful 5 star massage for Me. Quiet with calming music played, low. clean with very cushy soft tables. Staff was especially comfortable to be around and welcoming in reception. I highly recommend the deep tissue to relax and restore your body energies. I have tried many, But this is the Best massage for me in a long while.
