Extremely satisfied with my first visit to the European Wax Center facility in Bellevue. It was very clean and inviting. I was greeted at the door with friendliness and respect which continued throughout my visit. I saw the reception area, treatment room and ladies room. I should also mention that I wasn’t bombarded with high pressure product sales pitches. Simply informed of what products were being used and what was recommended for maintenance going forward. Being a mature customer at age 60, I appreciated the way I was treated throughout my visit. My aesthetician, Alanah, was above and beyond! This was my first bikini wax and I was really nervous but Alanah not only did a great job and explained everything as we went through the process but she was so genuinely kind, understanding of my apprehension and just so sweet that it made the whole process so much less stressful than I had anticipated. I highly recommend the facility and I specifically recommend Alanah! Thank you so much and I’ll be seeing you again.

I always have a good experience at EWC Bellevue, but Navasha provided top tier service on Friday. I came in just before they closed and she was still eager to serve me, as if I was the first client of the day. If you don’t have a particular wax specialist I would def recommend her!
