I originally scheduled with Alyssa because my friend goes to her and was super happy but I came in earlier than my appt time and was paired with Gianna. It was my very first time getting a Brazilian and she made me so comfortable and she was very transparent on what I should expect and on her experience and she got the job done. Gianna is always a gem. I know the conversation through the process is a good way to try to take your mind off of everything, but Gianna is naturally a good conversationalist so it has never felt forced. The results have always been a good smooth wax, and she stays 100% professional. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and patient, ensuring the check in and out process is a breeze. 🥰

I absolutely loved how Andrea did my eyebrows. Normally wax consist of the clean up. She not only did the clean up but the shape and trimming, which made my eyebrows looking amazing. Andrea is now going to be my go-to girl . I love the entire experience and her kindness was beyond my expectations.
