Love Dr. Iqbal and all the people here. Been going to them for years now for Botox. I used to go to another place in Chatt, but always felt rushed through. This place is great.

Botox scam! The botox was ineffective compared to having it done at other places. Their solution was "you just need more units". How convenient for their bank account. Went to other places before and after there and needed much less units than they did and was still way more effective than theirs was. Stay away. - To reply to the company representative.... yes, a company can be in business for a while giving fake/ watered out botox service because many people don't know better and believe you when you say they just need more and it only last for 2 to 3 months. Trust me people, real botox lasts 5 to 6 months and you can tell the difference from what you get here.

I have been coming here to Cleveland office for over a year. They are very clean and friendly. I got botox injections which work faster than other places I've been and it is real botox not watered down.

Veteran of getting Botox treatments between my eyebrows to help with headaches and frown lines between eyebrows. Wanted to try someplace closer then Chattanooga. This place just opened up so I made an appt., told them between eyebrow/frown lines. Gave me 20 units, what I normally get, but did in forehead area not where I usually get between brows. Thought they might know a different technique then what I had been getting for over 10 years. Couple weeks went by with no difference so I called to see what they would do. They suggested MORE (go figure) units. When I expressed that I had never had to get more then 20 units for my between the brows lines chick told me "they did not do this area"! WHAT?? This is what I asked for when I made appt and when I went to appt and I am just being told this after the fact? WOW! Can't review any other service they have there because I have not and never will go to a business that keeps such information from a potential client for profit! Very unprofessional!

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful!! The Dr is super gentle and the assistant and the receptionist made me feel welcome and at ease. Of course, results were exactly what I expected too.Will certainly be returning.

I went in for a consult for options on my neck area that I was not happy with. Janie in the office recommended a lipo procedure for the chin. Dr Iqbal was awesome explaining what would be done. The procedure was an easy process with little post op pain. It’s been 4 weeks & the results are amazing! I highly recommend Euro Med Spa! Dr Iqbal & staff are the best!

Euro Med Spa is phenomenal! So professional and sincere about your questions and concerns. They always put their clientele and their needs first. All of 3 of their locations are beautiful! The Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Aestheticians are all so good at their craft! The staff whole staff is just so caring and genuine. Would definitely recommend this Medical Spa!

Horrible place! Only had my upper face done and left my eyebrows sticking more up. Said this was normal and if they fixed it would cause more of an issue. What a joke!!!! I will definitely stay with the professionals and never go back to the Cleveland TN office!!!!!! I should be refunded my money!!! Yes jave a manager call me!!!!!

First time client at Euro Med Spa in Cleveland. I love the location and close parking. I was welcomed in by a very friendly staff. The doctor and aesthetician really listened to what I wanted. When my Botox was being administered it was a very gentle process. I recommend this place highly. Now I am gonna be a client for life. Also inside the buisness it was very upscale and modern. I love Euro Med Spa!!!!
