I have been back several times for a massage and am always extremely pleased with the services here! I started getting the pregnancy massages as well and have been pleasantly surprised with how much they have helped my symptoms. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!! 90 min scalp treatment and facial was extremely relaxing. Staff was very professional, all the products used smelled amazing and the tension in my neck and shoulders had melted away by the time my session ended. The difference in my scalp was clearly noticeable as well! Highly recommend!

They have communication issues. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week to confirm the appointment and I finally got a response today saying that they never got the text messages or they missed them. I texted the same day we try to make the appointment but they said that they never got the text message. And the Texts said delivered. So I took my business elsewhere. Which was really upsetting because I was actually really looking forward to this, but I can’t give someone my business when they can’t text back. They did apologize but I find it so hard to believe I couldn’t get a text back, I texted them august 11th to make an appointment on august 31st plenty of time to text back. (The blurred out part was my information didn’t want that over Google)

I got two services on my visit. The first was an absolutely INCREDIBLE deep tissue massage by who I would now consider one of the best massage therapists in west Michigan Tiffany. She was sure to give attention to my problem areas including my neck, shoulders and hips, and applied the perfect pressure. She also did an amazing job at communicating and adjusting throughout the massage. The second was a stupendous head spa service (I’ve never gotten one before) by my amazing esthetician Cecely. She made sure to give me the proper treatment for my scalp type, and she gave me the most amazing face mask add on at the end that I feel like really helped my skin and pores have an awesome glow. I highly recommend Euphoria Wellness to anyone looking for the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience!

I had the pleasure to experience the head spa service provided by Cecely. She made me very relaxed. My hair and scalp feels amazing. You do leave with damp hair but that was expected due to the disclaimer which I saw when I booked the service. I will be back very soon.

i really wanted to like this place and the experience but felt like the head spa was over priced. in addition, it said “90 minute services also includes eye and face mask treatments.” i didnt receive either mask with my 90 minute head spa treatment. i said something at the end and she said that she didnt know and that ill get it with my next service. on my way home i realized i just rather have a refund because im not sure when ill make it to grand rapids again. i got a $10 refund when each mask by itself is worth $10. i said something via instagram dms and i got told those were the options, that you dont get both but only one.

My first experience at Euphoria Wellness with Tiffany was fantastic! The 60 minute deep tissue massage was exactly as I hoped. She was very open to feedback and has an ability to generate the perfect amount of pressure to your needs. I tend to need a bit more pressure, and she’s got it. Tiffany also did a great job listening to me about my prior injuries/ chronic pain and did a great job focusing on those areas. With her keen knowledge & background on sports/weights/fitness training, it only enhances the experience with her. I look forward to my next time here.
