I had the mud treatment with Scott today and appreciated his attention to details and relaxing approach. Debbie took care of everything in between and amplified my spa experience. I highly recommend this spa for your self care needs as the entire staff was attentive and friendly. The amenities are perfect and I tried my first ever cold plunge. I left feeling amazing!

What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in, April warmly greeted me and Anne kindly showed me around the spa. The amenities are incredible, such a treat to enjoy those before and after my facial. Brooklyn was so kind, knowledgeable and just a joy to spend an hour with. If you need a full spa experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We really wanted to like this place.8 The services themselves were great. Brooklyn, Pamela, Hanna, and Makala were absolutely fantastic. The services are top notch, but the front desk is another story. To be clear, each person I spoke to on the phone and at the desk were all very pleasant. But the communication between them seemed to be non existent. It was stressful booking and getting the correct pricing (3 different phone calls), and then it was stressful checking out and AGAIN getting the run around on the pricing. Defeats the purpose of a spa when you left more stressed than when you arrive.

Ethos spa has a very welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is so relaxing and beautiful. I had a fabulous seaweed wrap with Hanna that included a head massage that was out of this world. They even give you the seaweed to reuse at home! I’ve had many massages and spa sessions over the last 20 years and I highly suggest booking with her if you can. I would also highly recommend this spa for the amazing hot tub and sauna services. Excellent employees and friendly staff.

First time visitor and will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer. Hanna did my services and was so sweet and personable! The herbal cocoon wrap, scalp treatment and hand/foot glaze were heaven! The added touch of using the spa room amenities was wonderful. Thank you!

My 60 minute deep tissue massage with Andrea was heaven! She was kind, experienced, applied the right amount of pressure, took her time, hit all of my trouble spots and took great care to make me feel healthy. Before the massage, we (I came with a friend) spent some time in the hot tub with a glass of complimentary Champaign just chatting away. After my massage, Andrea directed me to the infrared sauna to make sure I rested and was able to benefit the most from the organic oils and lotions on my skin. Great experience.

Brandi was incredible. I showed her my inspiration picture and she exceeded my expectations. The color was perfect, making my green eyes stand out. The cut was stylish professional edgy and fun. I moved here from Philadelphia and used to fly there to get my hair cut. Now I can gladly say I just drive 20 minutes. Brandi takes her time, gives stylish tips with products, and does such a good job. I felt beautiful on the inside but not I feel beautiful on the outside. I would not see anyone else but Brandi. I love my cut and color!

I came for a facial but the experience is so much more than that. I worked with Kylie who was informative through each process. She used new-to-me products and methods and my skin felt ah-mazing. The spa, setting itself and experience is so relaxing. I highly recommend this salon and especially my esthetician, Kylie! It’s a luxurious experience but worth every penny.

I do love this spa most of all options in GR, however, their quality has been on a steady downward trajectory :( Used to have showers with a handheld thing, those have just been gone for a year. The steam room always smells musty, which doesnt feel restorative, instead it feels like I'm rolling the dice on a lung infection. They used to have water infused with fruits, no longer. Ice is rarely full so youre drinking just room temp plain water. They used to have call buttons in all the lounges so you could request snacks or a mimosa, however last time I was there I couldnt find buttons anywhere but the locker room. Also they used to have fruit available as a snack, thats gone and now you can pay for prepackaged snacks. Every time I go, theres less to love which is a bummer. The good is still the environment generally is relaxing, I like the hot tub and sauna, and the soft blankets are nice in the waiting room. I'll often bring a book and spend an additional hour relaxing around the spa. But, I'm becoming more and more invested in finding an alternative within an hours drive of here. I hope they turn it around, I've been going regularly for a year and a half but idk for how much longer.

I love this spa it is very clean and smells amazing. The staff is super friendly and have made me feel welcomed. I have been to the salon for a haircut and also a head scalp treatment. Both Carissa and Bethanie were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to come back and try out other services.

My husband and I came here for the first time for a couples massage and WOW! Natalie & Laura made us feel so relaxed and had amazing technique. Such a cozy environment and super clean! We will definitely be comming back!!

Yesterday I was going into Ethos day Spa to get a cut and color in time for my big trip to Italy. At the beginning of the appointment she realized she didn't have the bleach she normally uses for my hair. Instead of using a different kind, she ran out to get what was best for my hair just for me. She continued to make sure I was taken care and stayed late to make sure I looked exactly the way I wanted. I'm more then impressed and greatful because she could have taken the easy route multiple times but instead did what was best for me and my hair. Would 100% recommend her time and time again for anyone wanting hair or lashes. If you are looking for a high class salon that trually cares about their clients, go to thr Ethos day spa and ask for Brandi.

Ok, i don’t usually leave reviews but this place was absolutely wonderful! Their customer service was TOP NOTCH! I received a facial, full body massage, pedicure with shellac polish, and a scalp treatment/massage and hair masque. Literally every service did a great job. My skin is glowing, my scalp feels rejuvenated, and I’m immensely relaxed! You won’t find a better spa in this area!

Relax in the jacuzzi, ice bath, wet/dry saunas and serenity lounges. I spent a fabulous day at ethos with my dear friend. We enjoyed the facial service provided by Kylie. What a rejuvenating experience! I will definitely return!

I went for a scalp treatment a couple of weeks ago with Angela and I loved it so much that I came back to see about getting a haircut with her as well. My hair has texture / is wavy so it can get very wonky if cut the wrong way. She did a fantastic job and I'm in love with how it turned out. We lived in the DC area for a while and I bought a couple of 'diva cuts' that emptied my pockets but this cut was way better and extremely reasonable. Kudos to Angela and to all the staff who were very warm and inviting. And the smell in there.. wow, fantastic.

Loved this experience! Andrea was one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with. The ambiance was beautiful and I got to enjoy the cold plunge as well as the steam room and sauna. I hope to experience the hot tub next time!

A full spa offering the type of services and facilities worth these stars. I’ve been to hotels (Ritz Carlton, Hyatt), department stores (Nordstrom), resorts (Hawaii, St. Lucia), and independent spas (International Orange, Ole Henriksen, Osmosis), and Ethos meets those standards. I had the Time Rejuvenating facial with Brooklyn. I left relaxed with soft, glowing skin. My only regret is not being able to indulge in the sauna and cold plunge. Was visiting family in Grand Rapids and will be back when I return for the holidays.

Booked my first EVER spa visit (to any spa) for my birthday today and was just very disappointed. I booked for both my boyfriend and I to go, and it was never mentioned to me that the amenities are gender-specific, meaning there is a different sauna and steam room for the men’s room and the women’s room. It was upsetting that I couldn’t spend my birthday with my partner, truly, because we could not experience the spa together. Also, the hot tub was down. Which is okay, but I was disappointed - because that was one of the only co-ed activities we could’ve done together… and having paid a pretty penny, I was hoping we’d get to use everything available. Sauna wasn’t super hot either, the lights and speaker not working in it, and the steam room didn’t steam. Facials were good - good estheticians, but the rest of the experience was truly not great at all. Likely won’t be back :(

We’ve been to the spa a few times now for different services but this last time was disappointing. First, I wish the front desk had a way for a worker to call for help when they’re on a call. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted, as the only person at the desk was scheduling someone over the phone until another employee finally came up from the back. The hot tub was closed but this was not communicated to us in anyway prior, which would have been appreciated as it’s one of the only activities we could do together as a couple. Lastly, we were previously offered a glass of champagne with our services which we appreciated but didn’t this time. Maybe because it was the morning? But hey, a mimosa would do.
