I wish i can give 0 to them when i entered the space no one is around. so i waiting for sometime. then a lady saw me, are you hear for an appointment. i said yes then she carried with her work then. she didn't even came close to me. and music was loud. And suddenly after 15 mins. she said me did you text the other lady who gave appointment. Then i'm lost for a while and replied her ? why do i text her. it's like telling her im here. And then waiting for 10 more mins . I'm tired of waiting and asked her to come close to the front desk and talk.every time this lady talked to me from a far distance. that's not how they treat their customers. And then she came to her front desk, i asked do you any update why she is running late. then again that lady asked me , did you call her. If you make appointments. both parties should remind themselves of there appointment. why i have to follows-ups. Never had such experience before. after asking all these questions, do you want to wait for your appointment or go, i said i want to wait but eventually left because how the way she talked. On top, when i first saw her from a distance. I said Hi , but she directly asked a question - do you have an appointment. so rude don't go here. she has an attitude she has many customers loosing one doesn't bother her. but respect your client always

Terrible quality, and inattentive service. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Although this place is budget friendly and somewhat cheap, if you can invest a bit more into your hair/haircut/style, do yourself a favor and find another place. This place used to be good, not anymore. I have been coming here on and off ever since I was in high school, and I have seen how much the quality has decreased over the years. The haircuts are rushed, and they don't seem to really care how it turns out at all. I just recently decided cut my hair that I had been growing it over the past 2 YEARS (thanks to the pandemic) and I did not get anything remotely close to what I asked for. I asked to keep my hair long, but I was disposed off very quickly without any regard of what I wanted. My hair is completely short now, it doesn't matter what your background is, they do not care and will give what they want. Yelp has more reviews that also expose this place for how it really is.

Terrible service and quality. Overpriced, rushed and rude. From the start, I was not welcome and it went downhill from there. The woman cut way too much hair off completely disregarding my requests, applied random cheap product without discussing it with me, and continued to burn me with the blow dryer even after I mentioned it was too hot. If you're not of Hispanic dissent, you're not welcome here. The experience is going to be terrible.
