I had a massage with Arlene today, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional technique stood out immediately. Had a massage with Arlene today and it was probably the best massage i ever had. She was kind, professional, and i loved her technique. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and is very knowledgeable. i will definitely be rebooking with her.

Katie & Jessica provided an excellent couples massage and were eager to address our target areas. Both provided professional and friendly RMT services at the Amy Croft location. Would recommend to new clients and returning ones due to their experience & expertise. Thank you, ladies for an enjoyable afternoon.

After almost 20 years as a dedicated customer I have decided to no longer go to Estetica Day Spa. Today I had to cancel a pedicure and was told I owed HALF the price of the pedicure. Their reason was because the cancellation was less than a 24 hours notice. This is not the way you treat a long term customer, especially since this is the only time (from what I can remember) that I NEEDED to cancel. I will go to where customers are treated respectfully.

I got a deluxe facial here with Doris, and she was absolutely amazing!! Complete gold stars for her! She was soothing, comforting, and very thorough in her work. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable, if anything needed to be changed (which didn’t because she was doing a fantastic job). I will absolutely get another deluxe facial with Doris because she was the best! I wish I could have tipped her more genuinely, maybe one day I can. As for the deluxe facial review, it was amazing and exactly what I needed. It has left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and I will be a returning customer.

Went in for a manicure NO POLISH had to repeat a couple of times. The person who did my manicure doesn't smile or talk. Very bad experience!

I purchased a spa package as a gift for my mom and sisters for Christmas! I have never seen them so happy after a spa appt. Thank you to Nicole and team for making my family feel so special. I can’t imagine my mom and sisters going anywhere else for a spa day!! 💯 👏

A Pinnicle to the Tecumseh area. Our go to Spa for high quality services. RMT are amazing, I suggest the Swedish massage if you are weight training or athletic.

I can only comment on my experience with Julio in the hair salon. He is amazing, definitely born to be a hairdresser. He works fast and efficiently, he definitely knows what he is doing. The hair salon area is very nice and clean as well

I have been to Wendy twice now to get gel nail polishp applied and have been very impressed! She is so personable, quick and does such a good job. I’ve had my gel nail polish on for 2 weeks now and I’ve washed dishes several times a day, cooked, given my kids showers and the gel polish is still on! So impressed. The last time I went, she had a bit of a cold and she took the initiative to wear a mask before I came. I really appreciated that. Kudos to Wendy!
