I booked an appointment for the Gold Facial with Angelina and what a treasured experience it was! I was warmly and sincerely welcomed in by smiling faces. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The room was the perfect set and setting for a blissful, relaxing treatment. I went in feeling frumpy and left feeling rejuvenated and quite literally glowing. Esme is a little gem that needs to be on your list for all of your skin care needs! Friendly, knowledge staff, great products, and exceptional service!! Thank you, Angelina and Esme!

I went to see Cristelle last month and I am so happy I did. I have had eczema ever since I was a kid and I am usually very conscious of people looking at my skin/suggesting things I should do to help treat it mainly just because it is so sensitive/reactive. Right away, Cristelle helped me feel less alone and made me feel seen and understood which is so important to me, especially as a client! It was also my first time getting a facial at Esmé and it exceeded my expectations in the best way possible! :) She is undeniably passionate about what she does and it is so evident in her work! She is very intentional in every step of the facial, made sure I was okay/comfortable, and always checked in to see if I had any discomfort at all. I loved the way she explained each step of the treatment and what each product does to help my skin. She also suggested some products I could try which was really thoughtful as well. I will be seeing her again soon and I’m looking forward to another great experience w/ my girllll! Go see her! You deserve it! 🤍 - V

Awesome services here! I went for 5 months (moved) during a time my skin was in bad shape due to hormonal acne. I can say now after putting my skin in the care of Angelina it has not only made my skin beautiful, but I’m more confident and no longer need to wear makeup! 🥰💕🥹 I will definitely miss her and come back here whenever I’m in the VA area.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly, super clean environment and just so relaxing. Cristelle did a really good job giving with my facial. I have been struggling with breakouts and dryness with my face, only after one session with her I already can feel the difference. I also enjoyed the massage, she did so good! I will definitely be coming back for another facial treatment.

This best is hands down the best place! I had the platinum scalp facial and it was the most relaxing thing I have ever done. They thought of everything! The staff are all extremely friendly and the studio is stunning! I would highly recommend to any one!

So, a few months ago, I was suffering from some bad acne that, no matter what I did, would not go away. I knew I needed help. Cristelle from Esme's Studio set me up with amazing anti-acne facials and products that made the acne dissappear within a couple of months. Before, I wouldn't dream of going out without makeup, and now... I do! And it's not just because I'm acne free, I have the best skin of my life! I WANT to show it off. I'm getting compliments on my skin that I've never received before, and I will never go back! Thank you, Esme's!!!

The best facial experience I’ve had in a long time! The most aesthetically pleasing salon, the kindest staff, and they pay close attention to detail and do such an amazing job. I’ve had the scalp facial as well and it was the most relaxing thing. 10/10! Definitely snored during every service because of how relaxing it is.

Had the most relaxing platinum Esme facial here! The space is so cute and inviting, and Rachel is super knowledgeable about what you specifically as a customer need for your particular skin concerns/problems. She was able to hydrate my incredibly dehydrated face that is now glowing! Will most definitely be back for another service.

I tried Esme because a friend of mine referred me to this business, and they referred me to Rachel Son specifically. As a man, it was my first time receiving a facial/beauty services, so it was a new experience. I only got two facials at Esme, but I was very pleased each time, so I highly recommend them to anyone in Norfolk/VB. Rachel is very knowledgeable and professional, and my skin looked and felt great each time I left their studio. Their prices are reasonable, and the studio itself is very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for good quality facial/beauty services.

I have been to Esme a few times for facials and to buy products. The other day, though, I signed up for a "Korean Detox Facial" with Hydrofacial add on. When I went the office was clean(it is always very clean there). Kim took care of me. She did an AMAZING job ! I've only ever done appointments with Rachel before so i was nervous to try someone new but I am so glad I did. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very easy to talk to. She was also very knowledgeable on all things skin and was very sweet. After the treatment my skin was GLOWING and it looked so nice. I am so glad I went and got this treatment done. She even texted with a follow up asking how my skin was. Kim was very attentive, I very much recommend her and the treatment. I also recommend the owner Rachel. She always does a really good job as well and is always super sweet.

I had my first facial today with Cristelle. She was wonderful! Very kind and knowledgeable. She really took the time to customize my treatment to my needs. She educated me and gave me some product recommendations but was not pushy in any way. I will definitely be coming back!
