Emily is great. Very personable and easy to talk to. Eric's has a very small town vibe which is such a great change from all the major chain barbers. I've been going here for a couple years and have no intentions of going elsewhere.

First visit today, Emily was nice and gave me a good haircut. Will definitely be returning. On my recent visit my usual barber was booked but Courtney was able to fit me in and gave me a great cut.

Visited several times. The only location I’ve experienced that uses a hair shear hose vacuum like the old TV flow-bee haircut device tv commercials. The cut was fairly even but needed hand trimming particularly for tapering edges around ears and wavy hair pattern areas. But the cut most always was closer than I desired even when stating beforehand just wanted things trimmed/evened out. They turn you around away from the mirror during the cut so the big reveal is s huge surprise. None of my prior stylists did that. My back neckline was cut way too high a couple times way above the hairline and it made it look more like scissors lop not tapered. Most of the customers I saw departing ahead of me had close cuts, maybe that’s standard. I will say none of the customers I encountered were friendly as they left which made me feel grumpy and unwelcome too. Also only 20 minutes per cut is a bit rushed for me. Aside from the service the appointment availability became more limited and increasingly inconvenient. You can try yourself may be to your liking but I just decided there became too many factors to contend with here, and aside from about 40% of the time getting okay results other than almost every time I returned home I got shocked stares how close the cut was from my entire family. 3/5 stars. Acceptable perhaps for others but too many uncontrollables for me.
