Erica did a full scissor cut on my husbands hair since he was trying to keep some length to it and it turned out great. She was very friendly and professional! We will be back for our son’s first haircut!

Omg I don’t even know where to start. I am new to Hot Springs and I called her a little desperate for a last minute cut and color (for a date 😅). I saw her reviews and had zero hope but she literally moved her schedule around for me. You can tell Erica loves what she does and she is so good at it. Honestly next level. I like how she guided me and discussed and explained everything she was doing. End result was even better than the sample pics I showed her. I was so blown away. She is an artist. She is also so interesting to talk to and the kindest person. All that being said, the absolute highlight was the shampooing. I almost fell asleep. That was the best head massage I have ever gotten and I am 1000% coming back just for that experience. Thank you Erica! You are truly amazing.

Had the best experience with Ms. Erica!! I was in the area visiting friends and my friend needed a quick wash and blow-out. She was able to get her in to be seen. She did a wonderful job and was very friendly with a great personality. She took time to listen to my friend's needs and did a fantastic job. If we are ever in the area again we definitely stop by again!!

I just wanted to share that I had the most amazing experience with Erica! I was a bit nervous when she said she couldn't replicate the picture I showed her because my bangs were too short. But guess what? She absolutely exceeded my expectations and made my haircut look even better than what I had in mind! Erica is so talented! She went the extra mile to take extra care which meant so much since it was my first “pampering” after having a baby. She honestly gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Erica is so skilled! She got my gray blending/highlights just right and gave me a new cut that I love. There were also little details that elevated the experience - scalp massage during shampoo, the privacy and order of her work area and relaxing music. I'll definitely be coming back!
