Yesterday was my first time going to Eric Marshall Salon and I had a great experience! Both my stylist Caroline and Eric were very friendly. Caroline took her time with my hair and was super sweet. She gave me a great cut and I will be back!

The salon's location is very convenient, it has a friendly, upbeat atmosphere, very clean and artfully decorated. I have been a client of Eric, the master stylist, for almost 12 yrs and I feel very lucky to have found him. He is a master indeed in terms of his skills and he has many impressive qualities but I most admire his dedication to continuing to improve and learn, completing courses and certifications in the US and internationally. He is very committed to sustainable and clean products and high professional standards in all aspect of the team's work. Caroline, CJ and Ryah are all very talented, kind and fun. Great team!

Eric & his team are the absolute best! Eric truly listens to what you want & his expertise and attention to detail is apparent as I’ve never had a bad cut or color here!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! I highly recommend for anyone looking for the best, you’ve come to the right place!

Had a wonderful experience with CJ. It's hard to find Saturday appointments and she was able to really invest time in bringing my hair back from the bland. The color is amazing with lots of subtle variations. She made notes and asked a lot of questions and the result is much better than previous colors at other salons. The cut is also even and lays nicely. The products she used smelled great, and the scalp massage put me to sleep. Plenty of parking--it's in the old BookStar building next to Epiphany facing Harding Pike. The music was nice and low and it was a very peaceful and well-lit salon. Looking forward to returning.

CJ and Eric are amazing!! Eric is often booked so I’ve been seeing CJ and she does not disappoint!! She does a great job with my color using the wonderful Davines products! To top it off she gives the best scalp massages! She moved here from CA and still has a loyal customer base that she goes back to take care of on a regular basis! Talk about a loyal stylist and a strong following! If you need a new stylist, give CJ a call!

I went to CJ to get my color touched up and she was amazing! She was attentive, listened to what I wanted and knowledgable about the Davines line. She also gives the BEST scalp massages. I would absolutely recommend CJ and this salon to any of my friends/family. Thank you for keeping me looking polished!

LOVED this Salon. Just moved from the Bay area to Nashville and randomly tried this salon. It was absolutely amazing! LOVE my hair and LOVED CJ-she was very attentive and it was such a relaxing experience! Cannot wait to go back again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
