Sandy and Bonita were extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I received the color I requested and appreciated the time Sandy took on my hair style. I will be returning here for my future hair needs.

I called the establishment yesterday, but nobody answered. I was like, okay, business hours, they're probably very busy. Let me send them a message instead. So I went on Facebook contacted them, and they answered around almost 3 hours later. I asked if I had to make an appointment over the phone, I wanted to book earlier today or Saturday. They then answered that they were full and would look for an opening. I thought wow really cool. I left another message letting them know what time I was available today and tomorrow, and if they didn't have any openings, I would be amenable to making an appointment for next week. The message was seen, but there was no reply. I just thought, well, it is kinda late that they'll probably respond tomorrow. They didn't, so in the afternoon, I sent another message as just asking if they could let me know if there were any openings. Again, the message seen but no reply. So I'm not saying it's a bad salon, but a simple no would have suffised instead of the silence.

Just had my hair cut today and it is great. Bonita,cut it Sandy is just as good I watch her cut a young man's. Both lady's are wonderful and super friendly. I'm a returning customer!!

Bonita and Sandy are amazing!! I take myself, my wife and my son for our haircuts. They are so professional and always accommodating. I have been going to them since they were located in La Feria. If you haven't, give them a try! Being a fellow small business owner, I can appreciate all the hard work they put into their business. Good job ladies!

I attended cosmetology school with Bonita and ever since she first touched my hair as a fellow classmate and had to do a haircut on me for practice.. I instantly trusted her. I have extremely curly hair and all my life it's been extremely difficult to find someone who knows what they're doing and how to properly cut and style my hair and Bonita has done an amazing job at it! She's very good at communicating with me and even being flexible at times where I haven't made my appointment on time and has even taken me in and taken care of me before my appointment time as well. She's always made me feel comfortable and she's just overall a very caring individual. Let me also add that I drive from Edinburg all the way down to her just for my hair needs!! Definitely recommend her services!

OMG, Sandy and Bonita are bomb.com!! I’ve been with them both since the beginning of they’re business venture. I’ve NEVER been disappointed. I lived in Brownsville for some time and would come to Harlingen just to have either one of the expert’s handle my hair. I love the honesty, and experience they both posses when it comes to colors and styles. You won’t regret it!! Epic Studio is THE PLACE to go!! ❤️

Unprofessional in terms of communication, can come off extremely rude. Prices do fluctuate, with poor notice so don't get comfortable paying any kind of set price, but the work is good.

I highly recommend this hair salon! They are the only ones whom I’ve let color my hair because they are incredibly talented! Bonita and Sandy are very friendly and provide excellent customer service every time. I always leave the salon satisfied with my hair... long gone are the days of leaving with the wrong haircut or color!
