Absolutely love Ashley! She does such an amazing job everytime I leave they get better and better! I came here before with a different set of owners and wasn’t pleased, I was given a gift certificate for Christmas a while back and haven’t stopped coming since. Ashley takes her time and makes sure you leave on point!

I LOVED IT HERE!! it was my first time going and i went in for a pedicure. The lady was so nice and sweet! She did a very fantastic job!! 1000/10 recommend!

I highly recommend this salon. I had a pedicure and eyebrows. They were very professional and friendly, plus everything was done in a timely manner. The shop and equipment appeared clean and well kept.

I was in the salon today for a pedicure and it was horrible my feet were the same. scratchy and the obal shape that left me on one nail different from the square on the other. disappointed. Everything was so fast, I didn't take his time, I almost got up from the chair.

It was pretty good, the people there were nice and did a pretty good job, me and my mother got a pedicure. It was really expensive though, other than that would recommend.

Just visiting town and I called to see if they could squeeze me in. Not only did they open early the next morning to fit me in, but I got the best dip manicure of my life. They did such a great job. Great people and a great service. Thank you!!

My honest feedback: The nail techs are very nice and hospitable but the nail polish that is being used is very bad quality. When spending $45-$50 on a pedicure, I expect the nail polish to not chip completely off within 3 days. I even went back to get my polish touched up and it still chipped off the next day.

Arrived at 9:00 and needed to be done by 10;30. They had no problem and did everything quickly and perfectly! Can’t wait to go back!

Ashley is fantastic she's so gentle yet very knowledgeable at what she's doing it when needed to be done to repair my own nails and yet protect them again. She is definitely a keeper

I really enjoyed my pedicure here! It was very sanitary inside the spa. The woman who did mine was very sweet and friendly. I just got a basic pedicure which Included a hot towel wrap and she did a great job, I'll definitely be back.

the experience my sister and I had here was horrible. jennifer, who did my sisters nails, did not give her what she asked for and then got mad when my sister told her that she wanted something different. not to mention jennifer put the nails on very crooked and they are all different shapes, it looks horrible. the lady who did mine (tina i think) did alright, but they did not listen to what we asked for. we told them we wanted almond shape and they both did coffin shape and had an attitude when we told them we wanted almond not coffin. we will not be going back.

Tina and Steven are AWESOME. my mom and I went in today for pedicures and they laughed and made me feel very welcomed! highly recommended for anyone looking for a salon in hot springs. Tina was my nail tech and she’s very very sweet! can’t wait to visit again

I’m very dissatisfied with my nails. It’s been over ten years that my nails have hurt after having them done. I asked for an ombré style dipped manicure and they look horrible. I spent $60 on the worst job I’ve ever had. I wish I could post a picture here and I would. I ended up leaving without saying anything else because I didn’t want to cause a scene but when he said $60 I almost lost it

This place provides great customer service! Taylor is meticulous and strives for perfection when she does your nails. When you plan for shellac, be ready for the pampering! First, she’ll manicure your nails (yes, by soaking in warm water first); apply shellac/polish; and then massages from your hands to your elbows!!! Awesome!!! I will never go anywhere else for nail care! Thanks Taylor!!!
