I had very high hopes after reading all the wonderful reviews. I had a 7pm appt booked with Carol for yesterday, which I found out about 2 hours before the appointment would need to be rescheduled. So they rescheduled me for today at 6:30pm. I show up and no one is there. I call the phone no one picks up. I call Tiffany who yesterday called to inform me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. She picks up and says she will reach out to the stylist. After about 20 min I call and she says she will refund me and that she can't get a hold of the stylist....I understood yesterday, but today was just unacceptable. Very disappointed. Appointment was for color, cut and partial highlight.

Wow. There are no words to describe how amazing this salon is. The owner and her staff are beyond talented. I came in for a color correction and she exceeded my expectations. She lifted my hair from the ugliest yellow blonde to a beautiful cool white. Best part is, she knows how to keep the integrity of your hair the healthiest. She is beyond talented and I have found my new stylist. Im already excited for my next appointment. Don’t waste your money anywhere else. This salon is where it’s at!

Wonderful warm greeting! Clean, professional, skilled, friendly. Got vip treatment in the massage chair while I waited for a trim :) Will be returning to give Carol a go at my color!

Called on Tuesday for a color appointment on Saturday. Received emails and texts reminding me about the appointment. I finally get there on Saturday and the stylist is on the phone with family and FaceTiming. 10 minutes before she tells me she has to finish another client first. 15 minutes before she tells me she actually didn’t have me in their system. How was I receiving emails and texts from them then? She keeps telling me that she needs to do one more thing on the other client, then another thing, then another. I finally left after sitting and waiting 45 minutes. She said she wasn’t expecting to be missing another stylist and 2 assistants today, but all of that information should have been disclosed to me before I wasted 45 minutes of my time thinking she only needed to do one more thing on the other client. Really unprofessional. I would have been fine rescheduling if she told me all of this when I walked in. 3 starts because I cannot rate her work, just her service.

Carol is AMAZING at what she does, and she is incredibly devoted giving you great service within the budget you give her. She is personable, friendly, and I recommend her to anyone looking for a colorist or a hair cut. Please overlook the construction inside of the salon, it does not hinder any experience I've had so far and it's amazing to see this salon grow into something glamorous. Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. 10/10 service I enjoyed my visit to Entourage Hair Gallery. The staff were prompt, professional, friendly, and welcoming. I came in for a sleek pony tail and I got just what I asked for, the pony looked amazing. I would likely return to this shop in the near future. A1 service. Shop was clean. If you’re hesitant about going, DONT BE! I had such an amazing experience here!! Carol is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She gave me great advice and tips for at home care between appointments. Very friendly environment, I enjoyed having a moment to relax and unwind for a day. My hair was in such bad shape when I arrived, that I literally felt like a new person leaving the salon! Definitely worth the trip from Baltimore and I’ll 100% be returning again. The right place at the right time. Carol knows what your hair needs. I was looking all over Laurel for a salon when my daughter found Carol. She is just what my hair needed. I was thinning and Carol has started a treatment and it feels better already.
