Mathias is so awesome. Great atmosphere, but the best is his talent to really make you feel relaxed and find & hit those spots that need addressed… I highly recommend you check him out for a fabulous massage.

As an avid cyclist, weightlifter, and runner, I frequently experience muscle imbalances and tightness that self-massage with rollers and lacrosse balls just can't reach. Mathias is a lifesaver! He has a knack for finding those deep, stubborn knots and expertly works them out. While the massage can be intense at times (in a good way!), it always leaves me feeling significantly better with improved range of motion. Thanks, Mathias!

Wow, wow, and wowwwwww! I’m not comfortable when I get massages with men or women, but somehow that was not the case here. Super professional and super talented. It took him only ten minutes to relax me and the previous record before him was 45 minutes. So the answer to choosing him is just a YES!!

10/10 would recommend! This was such an amazing experience from the time I walked in until I left. The ambiance if the studio was modern, tidy, and relaxing. Mathias made sure that he covered all oroblem areas and was very thorough. I cannot wait to return for my next visit!

Enso Clinic is amazing with a highly professional team to help work with your specific needs. I’ve seen Mathias multiple times and will be a regular. I sit at a desk most of the day and he provides recommendations for in between sessions which has been a tremendous help. Throughout the session Mathias asks thoughtful questions around how you are feeling with specific techniques used and around recent activities that may have caused tension or other issues in specific areas. Constant feedback is encouraged to make sure you get the most of your visit. More than once he has been able to identify the root cause that I had not even considered. All I can say is that you are searching for deep tissue massage that takes into consideration beyond the individual session and plans for long term goals, stop by Enso Clinic. I recommend 90 minutes to get the most out of it!

Found Mathias thru Google and was not disappointed. I initially had to leave a message to make my appointment but was pleasantly surprised when Joseph promptly returned my call. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day with Mathias, who was wonderfully talented therapist. I will be returning soon!!!

I was in town for holiday and decided at the last minute to get a massage. Enso was quick to respond to my request and were able to get me in due to a cancellation. Mathias was a welcoming and engaging, and provided an excellent deep tissue massage. Definitely will return when I'm back.

Enso Clinic is warm and inviting. Calm and relaxing atmosphere and a professional team. I have been a repeat customer now for 6 months and plan on continuing this patronage for my massage needs. Joseph takes care for what my needs are each visit as each visit can be different with different ailments or body aches. I would highly recommend for you or family for gift cards or body work therapy. I suffer from vertigo often and this is something that is closely managed and treated with the utmost care during the sessions. 10/10 highly recommend.

This review is about a decade overdue, but I have a hard time letting anyone other than Jeremy touch my muscles-ever. He has helped treat a wide range of my injuries from cervical & lumbar pain after multiple vehicle accidents, to overuse/chronic tissue inflammation/adhesion from being an elite athlete more than half my life. I don’t currently live in FL, but anytime I am home I am sure to see Jeremy! He is nothing short of a “miracle worker” and my entire immediate family sees him; we have even sent Grandma a few times! My sister was an elite gymnast for 10 years and played soccer through college and only wants to see Jeremy anytime she has anything that “feels out-of-whack”. If you have chronic pain, or soft tissue that needs some serious addressing, please give Enso a call to see if they can help you like they have helped so many others!
