Lack of professionalism. I was happy with how my color turned out the first appointment even though it was not the color I asked for. Though the appointment had negatives I wanted to give it 2 chance. I reached out to Brittany 4 hours before the 2nd appointment time, as a reminder due to her being late the first appointment. This is when she said she had to work her 2nd job and tried to reschedule. When I said I was going to look for another stylist she said she would call off work if could not reschedule the appointment made with her 3 weeks ago.

Brittany is not only an amazing stylist, but she is a wonderful person as well! My original bridal up-do appointment canceled on me as I showed up to the shop the morning of my wedding... frantically trying to find another appointment, I called Enlightened Image hoping they would be able to help. She heard my story and figured out a way to fit in my last-minute bridal up-do. The appointment was just what I needed that day; she is funny, kind, strong, and talented - I told her the base of what I wanted and let her have fun with the rest. She created a natural, yet elegant look with my long locks and the accessories I brought in. She really turned my awful situation into something beautiful, thank you so much Brittany!

I love my haircut Kayla did really good she is is so sweet and took her time to make sure I was happy. I found my new hairstylist. 110%recommend this salon. Brittany is very nice and very professional and caring.

Great hair salon. You really get what you pay for, a great hair cut by stylists who know what they are doing and a guarantee for touch ups if there’s something you don’t like. I came in with bleached blond hair and left with pitch black hair. They use quality hair products and dyes for sure.

Oh my God this is the best salon ever! I have been wanting to get my hair cut and dyed, but all of the salons that I live near aren't very good, and I was happy that I could visit this salon on my trip to Colorado. She had done my hair and my mom's hair in like 4 hours, and she did an amazing job. Again this the best salon EVER.

Brittany is an absolute angle! I just went through a freaking Shakespearean tragedy with my hair, I called her and explained my situation and she got me in the chair within 24 hours. She did such an amazing job fixing my hair, the color is perfect! I cannot thank her enough! I will most definitely be back! THANK YOU BRITTANY FOR SAVING ME!!!!

I would not recommend going here.And if you still do, I would suggest that anyone going here be very very specific as to the haircut you want. Brittany cut my hair 2 inches shorter than I asked for. Then she "chop" layered it , with layers 3 inches apart,after I said I wanted a very gradual layer close to the bottom of my hair. Then she cut my bangs longer on one side than the other and very short , after I said I'd rather have them too long than too short.
