Unfortunately not the greatest nail service. The way the nail polish was applied was very rushed, and there’s a good amount of polish around the cuticles. It feels like she was trying to cover the fact that she cut my nail bed on my ring finger lol! Sadly, we won’t be returning! My pedicure lady was great though, and very friendly!

Got my nails done here on a Sunday. Quick, easy, and staff was polite. They recreated the design I wanted. I am pleased.

I have been to this nail salon multiple times and they are always in a rush. Also the manger is rude and is not friendly. Their prices are high for not great quality and service. Everything looks dusty when the workers bring out their nail machines. Overall never had a good relaxed experience in this nail salon.

If you're a walk in they will fit you in asap. On the other hand if you have an appointment expect to wait 15-30 minutes as they will take a walk in right before your appointment time and leave you waiting. The quality of their work is about average. Mindy the owner spends most of her time watching what everyone else is doing and talking in her native language to her employees in the shop. Not a quick answer but lengthy conversations where they are laughing and carrying on. While this is going on you are ignored and her attention is not on your nails much of the time. So the end result is the acrylic is dripped over the sides of the nail and dried on the back. Dry acrylic left all around your cuticle and skin on sides of nail, and nails noticeably longer than others. The side profile of the nails instead of having a smooth transition up to the cuticles have a small hump. I have been to this salon many times and sometimes the nail quality is better than other times. I do not go on a regular basis so when I do go I just hope for a better experience. I really need to quit going and find a new shop.

This was my first time here and Van did my pedicure. She did a wonderful job. I was the last person in there so it didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely come back again.

Call for pricing before you go. On their website, the menu they show has old prices. I looked at the online menu, pedicures show $26 so I went - they charged me $33 - I complained and they did nothing but ask me if I wanted to add a tip. Bad way of doing business!!!

I went in to get gel nails with chrome overlay & the experience left me very dissatisfied ($47). Mindy was the technician. She was heavy-handed, rough, and too close to my cuticles when she filed. She was very hurried, and was more concerned with what was going on around her, than paying attention to her client. The gel underneath the chrome overlay began to bump up. It was obvious that it wasn’t completely dry. I went back in to have them fix the nails & Mindy didn’t apologize for anything, yet blamed the process on the UV lamp. Soon after I left the salon, the very same thing happened again, so I was left trying to hide my nails from everyone. It’s obvious that Mindy & the salon don’t know how to do Chrome overlays. It’s time for them to spend a little time on some YouTube videos.

The staff got me in for a full set last minute and I appreciate that, but my nails turned out horrible. The shape was terrible and the acrylic is uneven in thickness. There is gel all up in my cuticle and acrylic stuck to my fingers. I'd complain and go back to get them fixed BUT while I was there a customer had returned to get her nails fixed and had an appointment. The customer was getting frustrated because they had her waiting for so long. Long story short they told her to come back tomorrow and clearly both sides were frustrated. The worst part is, I didn't have an appointment and they saw me first! Obviously there is no money to make in fixing someone's nails so why bother. I would have gone back to have them fixed but I already saw how they treat unsatisfied customers and didn't see any point.

The nails are hard to photograph and look way better in person but I love them and I really enjoyed my experience. I believe my nail Tech told me her name was Lynn, we talked the whole time which has never happened to me before in a nail place and I really enjoyed that. I’ve been to quite a few places in town but I have found my favorite tech and I will be going to Encore and asking for her from now on. 10/10. Update: I ended up coming back a second time and having a bad experience I guess or the pandemic made it hard to get nails so recently I started going to other places again. I never found a good one and decided to try back here. Idk who all my nail techs where but they did a fantastic job and I am happy. I have been getting so disappointed by nail places lately idfk why I ever stopped coming here but that was dumb of me and I will be back. Including more recent photos of my most recent finger/toes overhaul and the terrible nails I had before.

Worst place ever. Kenny was the technician cut my hands and toe nails uneven on top of making every toe and fingernail bleed from cutting the cuticles. Worst experience ever will never go back. Staff is beyond rude and feels like they don’t know what they are doing. They don’t change there instruments out either when moving onto the next customer.

The staff very rude , worried about everything else than the client,they are all very nice at first instance but once they were working on us they acted rude , burn my skin , cut my daughter’s skin, the girl make My daughter very rude Comments and she is only 15 she asked me not to take her there again , I was very disappointed when I heard this on the car ... she was really upset for how Aja was treated ... I will Never step one feet here again

The tech was focused on the tech next to us and burned my fingers a few times. My nails looked like I had done them at home when she finished. Too expensive for a fill ($38).

Very clean shop super nice staff the only thing is that i wanted nails shorter and one hand was perfect but the other was longer also they were different shapes. ..they still look good but i didnt notice till i got home the very small differences and i still recommend this place highly...
