I had the absolute pleasure of getting my manicure and pedicure done by Kelly and Karla, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Not only is their work impeccable—my nails look flawless and beautifully polished—but they also create an environment that feels so warm and inviting. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Their professionalism is matched by their genuine friendliness, which makes the experience both relaxing and enjoyable. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the results. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of skill and hospitality, but Kelly and Karla have mastered it. If you’re looking for top-notch nail care with a personal touch, they are simply the best! I’ll definitely be returning again and again.

This nail salon is hands down the best! Kelly is amazing—her customer service is top-notch. She’s so sweet, communicates everything perfectly, and always goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Everyone here does such an incredible job; no matter who you go to, you’re guaranteed to leave with flawless nails. I always walk out feeling great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for your manicure & pedicure. Fabulous selection of colors & if you can’t choose, the nail technician can help you pick a color. Kelly & Karla are fantastic.

I absolutely love Emme’s Nail Salon! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they never disappoint. Everything about this salon is professional and completely tailored to the customer. The receptionist, Vivi, is the sweetest—she’s amazing at following up and always makes sure to bring the best drinks! My nail tech, Nancy, is incredible. Words can’t describe how detail-oriented she is. As someone who is extremely picky about my nails, Nancy always ensures I leave her chair completely happy. All of this is a true reflection of the outstanding management. Kelli goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule when things change, keeps meticulous records of my color preferences, maintains an impeccably clean shop, and, most importantly, makes everyone feel like family. I’m so glad I found this salon. 10/10—highly recommend!

I have been a customer at Emme’s for 4 years, and they are the best. Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is inviting. I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks, and they never fail to disappoint. Whether it’s a simple pedicure or a themed nail design, I am always happy when I leave.

They have so many colors, it’s hard to choose! But that’s part of the fun. All the aestheticians are amazing, and the cozy atmosphere makes it relaxing to get in my “me time”. I look forward to it every time. Best salon I’ve been to for sure.

Went to Emme’s Salon and it was amazing!! The staff is all very friendly and they are all amazing. I went with 3 of my daughters and they all LOVED their nails. I got a gel mani-pedi. You have to try this spot. You won’t be disappointed!!!

New to San Antonio and so happy to have found Emme’s Beauty Salon! The salon is in a cute and quiet area tucked away from the business of town which is perfect for my bi-weekly self care maintenance appointments. It is a very clean & professional environment. My go to girl is Jordann who makes my appointments so enjoyable and relaxing!

Love all the girlies and ryan here! All of the nail techs eat down and are super sweet. they always take their time and i know i am in good hands 💕 they have so many colors and always kill it with nail art like literally can do any design. audri is the best i love when she does my hard gel and nancy is top tier but everyone is so good and i love how they all support each other. so glad to have found emme’s salon in sa 🤍

I have been a customer at Emme’s Nail Salon for over three years, but my recent experiences have left me incredibly frustrated. For as long as I can remember, I've had issues with their dip polish manicures not lasting more than a week. Despite this being a recurring problem, the salon staff always blamed me, insisting it was my fault rather than acknowledging any potential issues with their products or techniques. During my latest visit, the dip polish started chipping and peeling within just a few days—again. When I went back to have it fixed, they charged me for the repair instead of taking responsibility for their subpar service. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer of three years. I texted Kelly ( owner) to request a refund for my last payment so that I could go elsewhere, but they never replied. This lack of response and accountability is extremely disappointing. It's clear that Emme’s Nail Salon either uses low-quality products or lacks proper technique, and they are unwilling to stand by their work. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. If you're looking for a reliable and long-lasting manicure, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Been going to Emme’s for years. Best salon and THE BEST team around. Everyone is always so welcoming and don’t even get me started on the skills these ladies have! From basic sets to complex nail art, they go out of their way to make it happen. There’s a reason why I drive almost 40 minutes to continue to be a client at this salon.

Other places I have been to make my nails look so bulky… my nails look beautiful! Audriana is my new forever nail tech! Cannot recommend her more!!!

Good vibe does not compensate for Poor service/communication. I went to this place after reading reviews on Internet and got my Dip manicure. The Dip manicure started chipping away within a week of getting it done. I called them & notified about it in a timely fashion, discussed on the phone about the time constraints that I have in coming back for a repair. I even emailed the pics of the chipped nails. I told the staff that I will give them another try. They said they will review the pics and call me back. But the business did not even have the decency to call me back and discuss. Instead, they kept texting me insisting that I come back this week otherwise nothing can be done despite me repeatedly telling them that I have time constraints. It is only after I mentioned that they do not even have the common courtesy to call and discuss that Kelly the owner called to talk to me. Dip manicure is not supposed to chip within a week of getting it done . When I am paying money for services including tips, have the decency to acknowledge your poor quality of service and work with the client.

I absolutely love this nail salon. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. Nancy is the nail tech I use religiously and she kills it eveytime! I can't imagine choosing a different nail salon, 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone looking to get amazing nails!

I highly recommend Emme’s Beauty Salon for all your spa service needs! Everyone at the salon is talented, knowledgeable and provides truly exceptional customer service. The vibe at this salon is truly unmatched. As a regular customer, I feel completely at home at this salon after visiting every other salon in the area. My nail tech Nancy is extremely talented and highly skilled. She listens to her customers needs and is willing to go above and beyond. And I leave the salon in love with my nails every single visit! I love Emme’s salon! Every time I go I always leave satisfied with my nails! My go to girl is Nancy! She is the bomb and does awesome free hand designs! She even helped me come up with cute gender reveal nails! Totally recommend Emme’s, Nancy and the rest of the staff! Always so attentive to all their clients!

I love getting my nails done at this cute little salon! They offer complimentary water and drink services, as well as general comfort to keep you feeling safe, happy, and clean. I’ve had my nails done so far by Jordan, Audriana, and Nellie. Each did a fantastic job with different styles and patience to be sure that what I wanted was true to what I showed each of them. Jordan did the pink set, Audriana did the green, and Nellie did my red ones. I have now become a regular (whenever I have the spare money ahah) and I’m glad to say this salon is the best! Thank you!

I’ve been going to Emme’s for about a year now and get ALL my services done here. Kelly (the owner) got me hooked on eyelash extensions which I always get compliments on. The selection of nail polishes here is INSANE! Audriana is one of the best nail techs hands down!! Not only is she very thorough but she also takes pride in her work. This is literally my second home 😎
