We moved here from Maryland three years ago and we have yet to find a salon that is professional to the standards we became accustomed to there. If there were a receptionist, pretty much all your issues would be resolved. First, calling to even get an appointment is a hassle. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call back. Then, once you have an appointment, you show up and there is nobody to even acknowledge that you have arrived for your appointment. So you wait, and wait, and wait. The first time this happened to us, we had been there for 30 minutes and finally found someone to ask where our stylist was. She had left for a “family emergency” and “forgot”to cancel her appointments. A receptionist could have rescheduled everyone for her and not lost that revenue. I had the stylist’s number and tried several times to reschedule but she never returned my call. So a year later we tried again and went through the same issues of setting an appointment. We arrive to our appointment and wait in the supposed waiting room…I don’t know, there is nobody to tell you where to go! And we wait and wait and wait. We walk around, looking for anyone who would acknowledge our presence and ask if they can help us. There is no one to offer any assistance. Nobody cares about anyone other than maybe their own client in their chair at that time. So we go back to the “waiting room”? and finally call the salon number only to have it go to voicemail. Nobody came to that area to answer the call or check for clients in the 30 minutes we were there. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, even if they gave out free services. Clearly they wouldn’t even do that because their business model seems one of so much greed that you wouldn’t even part with a little money to hire a receptionist. Ugh. I guess I’ll have to go back to Maryland if I want a professional salon. Maybe these owners and stylists should come with me so they can learn how they should be running a business. With more people coming from other states where they were “spoiled” by good business practices, I have no idea why you continue to run your business this way. Maybe you just don’t want nonlocals to patronize your salon? I have no idea why y’all make it so difficult for someone to just get their hair cut!

I love this salon! Everyone is very nice and friendly. Christopher has been doing my hair for over 10 years. He is the best! My hair looks and feels AMAZING every time! Highly Recommend!!
