My only regret is not coming sooner!! I have been absolutely blown away by the results of my laser skin treatment with Rachel D. It has truly transformed my skin. I’ve struggled with acne my entire life and this has made such an incredible improvement in my breakouts, my acne scars and overall complexion…I get compliments on my skin now and this is something I’ve truly never experienced. From my first consultation with Rachel, I knew I was in good hands. You could tell she cares, she gets it and wanted to create a plan that would help not just reach my clear skin goals but exceed them. The staff that I’ve interacted with at each appointment have also been incredibly kind, I cannot recommend this office enough. This will forever be my new go-to spot for skin treatments and anti-aging support. You will not regret booking your consultation!! I just want to say after moving here from CA and trying to find my “new home” for Botox I am SO BLESSED to have found this place! First of all it’s so adorable inside! The way it’s decorated and so clean. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed. I was offered water or a juice (I had no shame and helped myself to a nice cold bottle of pressed juice) :) Larissa came out to get me and let me tell you. A SAINT! She is so sweet and walked me through so much from what the products are to how they affect you in different ways to telling me about my face. A very Thorough consultation! I had gotten Botox before but was NEVER taught these things. Which is crazy right? We have stuff put in our faces or on them and are never told about placement or what exactly they are. You can tell she REALLY cares about her clients I had felt like I knew her for a long time already. Once we were done I felt so confident! Botox doesn’t kick in for 2 weeks but I had already felt like I was well taken care of. I’m writing this review on day 4 and I’m already happy with my results and can’t wait to see the final results. Love Emily Frost! Kaylee is an amazing aesthetician. I first came when struggling with adult acne and my skin looks so much better. My skin honestly looks better now than at 18. She understood all my skin needs, educated me on how to best take care of my skin, and is just so much fun to talk to! I feel like I’m hanging out with a bestie every facial 😂 10/10 would recommend!

Emily has been absolutely wonderful from the time I walked in the door, she has prepared me for my laser treatments from our first consultation up until the actual treatment. Walked me through how the procedure will be and what I could expect during and also post treatment. The procedure itself went extremely well and smooth. There were no surprises and I felt very comfortable. Her staff could not be more accommodating and supportive. If you have any questions, they are there for you and can answer any questions around the clock. Nicole the office manager was very communicative. Frost Aesthetics is the absolute BEST. Never have I ever felt so welcome and around such genuinely sweet, caring injectors and individuals! The front office staff is incredible. Kaylee specifically and Rachel have been absolutely AMAZING! Also, from the first day I arrived the office manager greeted me (forgive me, I don’t know her name) but she was the sweetest welcome I’ve ever received. I was just thinking today post my Botox injections that I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and I feel like I’m in the BEST hands ever!!! Will be a forever client 🩷

I’ve been going to Rachel for several months now & been very happy! The girls at the front desk are always so friendly & helpful too! And Rachel has been great at recommending treatments for my skin & she’s been wonderful to work with. And I have seen results!! Just this morning I noticed how my pigment has been improving as that’s the area we’ve been targeting. I couldn’t be happier with my experience & interactions with everyone here!

The ladies at Frost Aesthetics are the best! I feel so welcomed every time I have an apt. Kaylee has been helping me prepare for my wedding. I’ve struggled with acne and self image, but always feeling beautiful glowy and empowered after my facial with her. She’s uplifting and also very knowledgeable on what your skin needs. I've been seeing Kaylee and Larissa for the last 2 years, and I can't recommend them enough. The service I receive is consistently outstanding. They listen to my concerns and have helped me feel more confident in my skin. All of the staff is not only professional but also incredibly sweet and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. It's clear that they genuinely care about their clients' well-being. Leaving another Esthetician (of 7 years) for Frost has been one of the best decisions and investments I’ve made in myself :)

We switched to Frost in January and could not be happy. After very frustrating & expensive experiences at the dermatologist we went to see Emily to help my teenage daughters. She was incredible and actually all of the people who work in that office are expectational. Everyone is kind, knowledgable and helpful. Both my girls have incredible skin now and are using high quality products. The products we purchased from the derm I feel were too harsh, burning and making their skin worse! It may seem expensive at first to go to Frost but it is worth it and I know I am saving money. It adds up buying skincare from other places that does not work and does not last. I switched to Frost as well for my skincare needs and love my results. I would highly recommend this office!
