Amanda is absolutely fantastic. Takes the time to listen to what you want, explains anything you don't understand . She's very professional, sweet and kind .she definitely knows her stuff and welcomes you in just like you are family, she makes you feel right at home. Love , love, love EMBRACE BEAUTY SALON!!

Amanda is hands down the best! You will walk out feeling like a brand new woman. She is so loving and understanding! Communication is the key. If you leave unhappy it’s because you did not speak up! She takes pride in her services, if something is wrong she will fix it at her own cost! The environment is so relaxing. She has put hard work into the building and still working on it. I am so proud for how far she has came.

I move to TN 10 mo the ago and was fortunate to be referred to Embrace Beauty Salon. I had the darkest black hair for over a decade and wanted something new. As a former Director of a beauty school and someone who has done hair for longer than I care to admit…. I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. Amanda is an expert Color Specialist and also cut my hair better than anyone ever has. Aside from her superior talent, she is also such a wonderful person. I absolutely adore the shop’s service dog. He is so sweet and well behaved! Amanda, you have a loyal customer for life!

I went in for a fall hair touch up and she did amazing! The salon is so cute and welcoming when you walk in. I felt right at home, and my hair is exactly what I asked for. I will be back!

Just finished up! Amazing experience with Amanda, I felt more welcomed with the environment upon walking in. She keeps it clean and as well is easy going and I felt like more than a client. She was very sweet. i wasn’t afraid/shy to be around. I came and got a trim, everything went very well as she washed my hair and the towel felt practically fresh. No issues with her service and I plan on recommending to my family and friends! Thank you so much for everything.

This place is disgusting. It looks like it could be condemned on the inside. It's not a relaxing or welcoming vibe at all! In the 7 you have to use the same dirty yellow/brown hand towel that everyone else has been using! There was a huge dog and two loud kids running around screaming while I was trying to relax and have my service done. Go elsewhere. The owners says shes never seen me in her salon, well I was there every 2 weeks for lashes. So I spent plenty of time in her dump! Just never wasted my money using her for hair!

I booked an appointment with Amanda on 5/10/2024. However I unfortunately received a stomach bug virus that is going around from my 8 year old daughter before said appointment. Please note that before I booked this appointment, I placed down a $50 deposit for the hair which I was perfectly fine with and was advised by Amanda this was required to hold my spot. When I finally got the opportunity between sleeping/running to the toilet/vomiting from feeling just horrible the day before my appointment, I noticed I had received a text from some woman named Rebecca asking me if I would like to move my appointment the next day up to earlier time as Amanda had some cancellations. I apologized to the lady and stated I could not because I was sick with a stomach bug that just started today and I would have to reach out later to reschedule. I then proceeded to get a text asking if they could charge my card on file for $60 for cancelling the day before, when I mentioned I put down a $50 deposit and they could use that I was told no that was a separate amount just for deposit and I would have to pay the $60. Needless to say I will not be rescheduling, I cannot help that I got ill with a virus and tried to do the right thing by cancelling the day before hand. If I’m expected to pay a $60 cancellation fee due to being sick, for a total being sent of $110 then no thank you!!

Embrace Beatuy :Where bad hair days go to die and fabulousness is born ! The mother daughter duo are like Michelangelos of the hair brush, sculpting masterpieces out of messy locks. And don't get me started on the makeup magic-they could turn a pumpkin into a prince with just a flick of a brush. With service so good, I'm considering hiring them for all my life makeovers. Five stars for making me the glam goddess instead of a mere mortal.

Met Amanda last year when I first moved to Cleveland. Was afraid she wasn’t going to want to touch my hair since I had dyed it red! But she did and she busted her butt off to get all the red out! She does amazing work! She makes you feel at home. She has turned into a great friend!

Amanda is amazing! She is so great at what she does, and takes her time to do exactly what you want! I thought I would have to have all my length cutt off (after messing up trying to cut it myself) and she took the time to fix it and blend it in. It looks so much better and so healthy!! I would recommend her to any and everyone. Can't wait to have my hair done again soon!

I started coming for simple cuts. From the very beginning, Amanda has listened to what I want. I was impressed immediately. Now Amanda does my color as well and I LOVE it. Fun environment/atmosphere. Amanda makes sure you like what she has done and is very personable. I’ve recommended her to several others as well. If you want to go somewhere where you feel listened to, cared for and not just a number, go see Amanda.

I’ve always had low self esteem. I was extremely picky about who touched my hair and did anything with it. But when I started going to Amanda at Embrace Beauty Salon that all changed from day one! She helped me fall in love with my hair and myself. Amanda has gone above and beyond for me and my hair. She genuinely loves people and what she does. She has a beautiful soul and opens up to anyone who comes in. I’ve been there before and had a complete meltdown from a panic attack and she helped me through it and was so understanding and supportive, when I walked out of there that day I felt unstoppable and gorgeous.! Through all of this she has become a very vital part of my life and there is no one els for my hair.

Met Amanda last year when I did two girls makeup for a sweet 16 photoshoot and it was like I’ve known her for EVER! First time she did my hair she Made me feel SO comfortable and understood exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been struggling to find someone here locally who could do my hair and I’m so glad I found her! Go make an appt with her, your hair will be fabulous!! My hair is also the healthiest it’s ever been thanks to Amanda and her attention to detail.

The lady who did my hair didn't color it right. I told her what I wanted done and even brought in pictures. She completely disregarded what I wanted her to do and instead of coloring my hair blonde. She colored it dark brown. She told me she would fix it so I thought I would give her another chance. Well I sat up an appointment with her but she had an excuse why she couldn't see me. She finally sat a date for me to come in. Minutes before I arrived she sent me a text saying she can't due to my health. Honestly it was ridiculous. I feel like she was just being lazy. Well I assured her there is nothing medically wrong with me. Anyways when I came in to get my hair fixed she didn't say one word to me and she was making rude remarks insinuating me in front of other customers.... She made me feel completely uncomfortable. My sister was in there with me getting her hair done and she took the hair color and brush she was using on my hair and used it on my sisters head. After she finished with my hair it still wasn't right. I have never in my life been somewhere so unprofessional and rude!!! I hope no one else has to experience what I went through.

We hired Embrace Beauty Salon for a wedding, and we did not have the best experience. We did not find out that Amanda wasn't our hairstylist until after the first person's hair was completed. The stand-in that Amanda sent was an unlicensed person. Amanda's reason for sending someone else was because she was exposed to Covid; however, she did not give us a notice that she would not be coming. There was no communication between Amanda and the Maid of Honor. Each of us showed the stand in the hair we were wanting, and we did not receive the hair style even close. I informed the stand-in that I have very thin and fine hair, and she stated "I know how to work that kind of hair, that is the hair I have." Well, I started my hair around 11:30 and the ceremony was at 4pm. The only product that the stand-in used was a light hold Hairspray and 4 Bobby pins. My hair started falling before she even left. The hairstyle I asked for was a half up/half down with some face framing pieces. Well, she didn't quite understand what that meant and I had to show her physically and show her the reference photo. By 2pm, my hair had completely fallen and had to ask a guest for their curling wand to recurl my hair. The other part that didn't set right with me is that the stand-in used the same brush on the other girl's hair. She didn't sanitize the brush between clients or switch brushes. Thankfully this didn't happen, but what if someone else before had lice. My hair is the type of hair that would get lice in a heart beat. We told Amanda about our experience and all she stated was that the stand-in has been doing hair for 20 years. The stand in was her mother, and her mother informed me that she had only assisted Amanda with events and never been to one by herself. Even in Amanda's contract states, that she is the person that would be doing the hair. She did not follow through with her contract. We asked for a partial refund, due to we booked for experience and a licensed hairstylist. Amanda denied the refund due to we had someone who completed our hair.
