The only place I will get my nails done for now on...Chloe is awesome! All the girls are! Staff is friendly and Salon is always clean. I recommend EM Nails if you want to get a great experience and quality service. You will not be disappointed!

Jennifer is awesome with the nails and Kate gives an amazing massage with the Pedi. I feel asleep and I might have slobbed a little bit but who knows. Book them and fast because the slots do fill up

Julie is the best! I moved here from out of state about a year and a half ago and tried 4 different nail salons before finding EM Nails. I’ve now been going here every 3 weeks for about a year and I have never been disappointed with any service. Quality of work, cleanliness and friendliness all 10/10 highly recommend!

Buckle in for this essay of nightmare; but trust me, it’s a GOOD ONE! I just moved to Nashville last month so this was only my second time coming here. The first time was fine. However this time, was terrible. The lady at the front desk is great. She’s always super sweet and has a very welcoming energy. When I walked in for my 12:30pm appointment, she told me my nail tech hadn’t arrived yet, then asked me to reiterate what I had booked for. I told her a fill with a design and pedicure, then showed her the picture of the design I wanted on my nails. Being new to this salon I didn’t know you had to specify the type of booking online. She told me the lady I booked with didn’t do designs but she could do the chrome part. I said that it was my bad because I wasn’t aware of the booking process I still picked out the colors in the picture (red and green) because I wasn’t sure which one I’d get now that I couldn’t do the full design. I don’t know if the nail tech’s name is Diane, but the desk she took me at said Diane. To avoid naming the wrong person, I will refer to her as just “the nail tech.” Anyways, the nail tech showed up about 15mins late which wasn’t a big deal, but still. When I sat down, she asked why I had two colors picked so I told her it was because I originally had a design in mind but booked it wrong. She asked to see the picture and said she couldn’t do the flower, but could do the chrome part as well. I legitimately pointed to the index, ring, and pinky finger to make sure she could do them like that and she said yes, but she said to walk her through each nail when she puts the color on. I decided to paint the whole middle nail red and add chrome on it since the flower was out of the question. When she applied the first coat of the green polish, i purposely asked if it’d get darker as it appeared much dark in the bottle than it was on my nail. She said it would after the second coat - it very much did not get darker. I didn’t say anything about it tho because I figured the gems on the ring finger and the chrome on my thumb (not shown in the inspo picture) would make it all come together, even if it wasn’t the shade intended. We got to the designing part and she asked to see the photo again… First of all, she pulled out silver chrome 🤨 ?? then asked me what fingers I wanted it on as she was getting ready to cover the whole nail with it. I pointed at the pictures again and stated yet again that I wanted the chrome like the photo. She then kind of cut me off to tell me she can’t do it. Annoyed now, I reminded her that when I showed her the chrome when I sat down, she said she could. Her Daughter Julie, kind of cut me off too to tell me her mom doesn’t do designs and the lady at the front desk most likely told me that. I told her that lady at the front desk did say that, but she also told me she could do the chrome part. Yet again, she kind of cut me off and said her mother doesn’t do any kind of designs, but she did apologize for it. I said okay that’s fine. I was over it at that point. The nail tech then told me the gold in the photo wasn’t chrome. She legit said verbatim, “I draw it on you for you. Not chrome.” Then she put the chrome away. I was even willing to settle for that……then she pulls out the cuticle oil and tells me my nails look better the way they were anyway 🤨🤨?? So I asked her if she was going to draw it on like she had legit just said. And she said no she can’t. I looked at her dumbfounded. The daughter then gets up to go talk to the front desk lady then comes back and annoyingly tells me the lady at the front desk did in fact tell me her mother doesn’t do any kind of designs at all. I told her that was not what was said, but okay. The nail tech calls another tech up from behind me to attempt the gold part, but with glitter. While looking at the photo, she painted my pinky, put the glitter away then asked if I liked it (ofc I didn’t) 🫠 Part 2 is screenshotted in the photos below->

I have been going to this salon for over 3 years and always have a great experience. Everyone is always super friendly, does an excellent job, and the salon has a great atmosphere!

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I drive 45+ minutes (sometimes an hour with traffic 😂) to come here. The designs are top tier, nails last without chipping for a month at a time, customer service is top knotch, and everyone is so friendly and such a good time! Highly recommend going here!! I get so many compliments on my nails ALL THE TIME.

I’m there every 2-3 weeks rain or shine! The nail techs are always very accommodating with my schedule and the prices are super reasonable. I’ve seen multiple techs here and they all have done great work. So glad I found these ladies!

I’ve seen Jenn & Julie for over 10 years and I wouldn’t trust my nails to any other salon. The work from anyone at the salon is top tier! Not only is their work amazing, but Jenn honestly hires the best people & I feel like I’m catching up with my friends each time I’m getting my nails done. You deff should go to EM nails 💖

Not a good place to go at all! My experience was not so good. Go at your own risk. Customer service was terrible! The lady rushed doing my pedicure & less than a week my gel polish chipped on my toes. I paid like $80 just for my nail polish to chip. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This is the best nail place I have ever been too. The technicians know their business, have great skill and are creative and talented with nail art. I’ve been going here for years because when I asked for a specific change in how I like my nails shaped the nail technician did it and never forgot to do it, she also advised me in shape and length and is honest about when I need a new set vs a fill. This salon is worth every penny and will always have my business.

I cannot say enough great things about EM Nails. I am a local and have been to many if not all the nail salons in the area. This is my home salon now. The employees are always courteous and patient. My nail tech is Julie and is amazing, but I have seen several of the techs and never had an issue with any. I actually get enjoyment from watching all the interactions they have with the guests. The salon itself is always clean and they have such a family environment. These ladies are doing great things here!

I have been frequenting EM Nails every 2-3 weeks for approximately 3 years now. I always book for multiple services (including lashes) and have never walked away unhappy. I think there have only been about 5 times I’ve waited to be seen and those were all a result of walk-ins taking longer than expected, even though this salon doesn’t have a lot of walk-ins they do accommodate as much as possible. I get my nails done with Jen and feet with either TN or Diane, both always make my feet feel refreshed. I always enjoy how Jen is able to look at an example of what I want and tweak it to where it ends up better than I originally thought. I have never seen the salon with overflowing trash, dirty areas or bad smells (like has been the case with salons in the past) which is one of the main reasons I continue to patronize this establishment. I have always had great communication with the staff when there needs to be a change in the schedule (mine or theirs) which is not always something you find. One of the other things I truly appreciate about this salon is their willingness to fit me in if I break a nail at work and their understanding this happens from time to time. Also, I have not really seen anyone turned away when walking in, Jen and Julie will stand at the computer assessing the schedule to see if there is a way to complete the requested service. I also enjoy how you earn points with each visit to be used at a future appointment for a few dollars off (who doesn’t need that) and promotions are offered from time to time as a show of appreciation to their customers. For as long as I reside in this are a EM Nails will be my go to as I continue to enjoy the service they provide and spread the word to anyone who will listen.

I've been going to Julie for almost a year now. She truly is the absolute best. I always get gelly nails and they always look perfect! What i appreciate most is how efficient she is without skimping on quality. I've been to many of places where I had a scheduled appointment but they would allow a walk-in to have my time (leaving me waiting). I've never had to wait past my scheduled time with Julie. She's on time and is fast but without making it feel rushed - just efficient! The receptionist Asia is so extremely kind and always greets you with a smile. There are definitely some great ladies there and I will always be a client of Julie's and definitely would recommend EM Nails to anyone.

I've now been a customer for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing! So personable, friendly, and professional. I get my nails, feet, and lashes done here. I highly recommend! They are best by appointment and you are in and out. There is never a time I'm sitting around waiting to be serviced.

This is my go to salon for my nails. Julie is awesome! All of the techs are awesome. This place is a whole vibe. Gel-X is what I like to get but I’ve had dip as well and my nails always turn out great and last more at least a month or longer.

I wanted to give this place more stars and I wholeheartedly believe your experience is based on who you get. I made an appointment via Instagram and they forgot I was coming. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful and gave me to Lily as they needed to accommodate me quickly because they forgot about my appointment. Lily absolutely tore my nails up. She grinded them down so much my nails were uneven and it was super noticeable as she applied the polish. I told her to be careful with cuticles as they were very sensitive and she proceeded to cut them down so much that she made me bleed. And when I pointed it out to Julie (the tech who did my design) she hesitated before offering the sanitizer for such incidents. I was very clear I wanted a design and Lily did all my nails as gel and never actually said she wouldn't do the design herself all she kept saying was "later, later" so when she passed me on to Julie she had to buff down and remove the top coat Lily already applied in order to do the design. Julie did a great job with the design, fixing my misshapen nails and leveling out my uneven nails from Lily's manicure. I think If I had Julie to begin with it wouldn't have been an issue I feel.

Excellent service! Make sure you book your appointment in advance and you will be seen on time. My hub and I had pedis were walk ins from out of town so we waited about an hour but it was well worth our wait. The vibe is calming and the staff are friendly. Thumbs up for a professional, relaxing atmosphere.

I hate to do this but just had to transparent. The young lady that greeted me was very warm & had a contagious smile on her face at the front area. My nail tech was Stephany. She started right on time which was great. They were out of the shade I wanted but she was great at recommending colors that would look even more better on me. I went with a combo that she suggested and really loved. I really wanted a beautiful set for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The color was beautiful, but that was the only thing that come out great. When I say my nails are so crooked it’s so mind blowing how she didn’t notice. I hate conflict and I’m not the best at speaking up, but anybody could clearly see that the placement of the tip was crooked. My almond shape was unflattering as well. Really depressing when you spend your hard earning on a service and it goes totally left. Part of it is my fault that I didn’t mention anything but as a nail tag, those things I feel should be a perfected skill.

I am truly disappointed with my recent experience at EM Nails. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years with no complaints, my recent visit left me utterly dissatisfied. I opted for regular polish, expecting it to last at least a few days, but to my dismay, the paint chipped off within a day, and I hadn't even engaged in any strenuous activities. When I called the salon to express my concerns and inquire about a potential fix, I was met with a dismissive response, stating that regular polish isn't guaranteed to last. While I understand it may not last as long as gel polish, lasting only a day is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see the decline in quality, especially after years of loyalty and recommending their services to friends. Despite the exceptional work of Jennifer and Bebe, I can't justify paying $30 for a service that barely lasts. It's a shame that the salon didn't prioritize customer satisfaction, especially for a long-time patron like myself.

Only nail salon I will go to! Everyone who works here is amazing and consistent with their results. I have been to many people and have loved every person. Recently went to Katelyn and she was amazing! My nails are so beautiful and I loved her sweet and kind energy. Thank you guys for being so great!
