Service: Brazilian wax & Eye brows Staff: Irene (nice and polite) Eye Brows: she did a fantastic job with my eyebrows ! I walked out of there with so much confidence . She listened to me and did exactly what I want ! Brazilian : She was so amazing! Honey, when I tell you she was quick with it, she made it feel less painful! She was able to answer all the questions She really made me feel comfortable! I would definitely give her 10 stars if I could! She is definitely my new one stop shop cause her work is flawless !!! If you go to Elixr Wax & Lash & Beauty book with IRENE she won’t disappoint!!

Absolutely horrible, I will never book another service here. Not only was I charged for my eyelash removal after them falling out one week post installation (and their website explicitly states it’s free for clients), I have never ONCE had a successful waxing experience. I always have to come back for a clean up. I have spent thousands of dollars here and I am so disgusted, upset, and feel taken advantage of.

Got my 1st Brazilian after 8 years today! It was with Olive and it was perfect. The whole place is very cute, clean, and Olive was very professional. She made me feel comfortable AF while she was a waxing machine, it was fast and I mean I am extremelyyyy happy with my new look. Lol It’s flawless. I feel like new.

Hannah is above and beyond. She took care of removing my eyelash extension done by the different beautician which is very painful but she manage it and amazingly makes me comfortable and relieved. She is patience and very encouraging. Thanks Hannah

I come here every 6 weeks or so for the past 5 years. Full Back, upper arms, and neck. They run decent specials if you subscribe, but the normal price is $100 without tip for those 3. Appointments are pretty easy to get, and the staff has always been helpful. Parking can be a pain if you don't plan ahead but meters are usually open within a block or two and $1.25 gets you through your appointment. Highly recommend!

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked inside. Olive was great. She helped calm my nerves and her technique with waxing made it a lot less painful in comparison to other places I've been to. Overall had a really good experience

My person was very friendly. Other than that is what not a great experience. Did not like that they used a mixture of waxes I perfer hard wax in my pubic mound also for a whole Brazilian in general. Unfortunately they also got wax on my string and it was getting pulled out. Also instead of trimming a little (they say not to trim yourself) the wax got stuck, it was not good. They also dont apply pressure after pulling strips which I have always found helpful. This place was just not for me. It was clean and the staff friendly but I wont got back.
