Cecilia is excellent and always respectful and mindful of what she is doing. Her manicure service is always on point for me. I get to be calm and rested during my time at Elite. I keep going back, because it’s a wonderful time to spend on myself. 5/21/24- Great place for beautification. Cecilia is top notch when I get my gels and pedi. Patient, kind and creative when I ask her for something different.

Hanna was amazing as always she’s like my hair doctor. My hair falls alot and needs really good care i was supposed to high light it but when she saw it she used a toner instead and as always i love everything she suggests. This places priority is there care for their customers before anything else. Thank you Elite and Hanna for everything see you in 6 months for my high lights❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️love you guys p.s. love my coffee

I used to be a client who came relatively religiously. After returning after a year long hiatus, I was expecting a great experience because that’s what I was accustomed to from this salon. On the contrary, my experience was everything but that. I had the displeasure of being serviced by Hanna. She was extremely pushy about adding extra services such as a Keratin treatment because my hair is “difficult to manage,” according to Hanna. When I got in the chair after the wash, she kept insisting she cut my hair because it would make the blowout “better.”I declined every suggestion yet she continued to push it on me. When she finished blow drying it initially, I suggested she flat iron my hair because of how frizzy and poorly done my blowout was done. I was disappointed with my hair but I was so uncomfortable that I paid, including an extra $15 that was added because she had to flat iron my hair. No flat iron would have been necessary, had she simply known how to work on my hair type. I let the receptionist know I was unhappy, which only resulted in the $15 being refunded. Throughout the entire service, I felt as though I was met with backhanded compliments such as her saying that, “my hair has a difficult texture.” I have a 3A hair type, as a reference. As a hair stylist, you should be capable of doing any hair type/texture. Despite the many good reviews, the salon is NOT the same anymore; they need to hire better stylists and improve the way they deal with situations like this. It was absolutely disgusting and disheartening to have been treated the way I was. The owner did offer me a redo of this service and while the new stylist did do significantly better, I think that this information should still be public.

I was looking for a true spa experience with my pedicure. I was tired of these run of the mill nail salons. I found Elite and decided to give them a chance. I have found my official Spa experience!! The ambiance is exceptional. Your are greeted and made to feel welcomed throught your entire appointment. Top notch customer experience. Lorena was amazing. Very meticulous with great attention to detail. I scheduled my next appointment as I was leaving. Highly recommended.

This review is VERY late, but better late than never :) I had such a great experience at this salon. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be returning. Ali cut my hair, and he was just fabulous throughout the whole process. It was the first time that I was genuinely happy with the outcome of the cut and style. All the years of having my hair cut, I either didn't like the cut or the way it was styled in the end, but Ali did such an amazing job at both!

First time at Elite and I had a wonderful experience. Christina was amazing. Got a color and cut and love them both. Head massage, during shampoo/conditioner, was the best. I’ve finally found a place I’m completely happy with.

I had an amazing experience at Elite Salon & Spa. From the front desk to the other clients, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ewa worked on my hair, and she did an absolutely amazing job with the cut and color! She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this place!

This salon is 1st class elegance! Full service from your head to your toes! You are served a beverage and a little sweet something( cookie or chocolate). Their service is gratifying ( hot towel neck and head massage included with hair cut.) Of course prices depend on the extent of your service . I get hair coloring, highlights, cut and blow dry. Around 200 dollars.

Great salon, but this review is specifically for Jesse. She gave me the best spa level wash i've ever had. I mentioned that my scalp burns after color treatments and she took the time to come over after the wash and apply something to sooth my scalp. Thank you Jesse, for your care and amazing scalp massage during my wash.
